Worked there as a forklift operator. If u like drama, favoritism, being lied too, and working in unsafe conditions then this is the perfect place for someone to work. No training what so ever. Poor management. Everyone should stop giving donations to this place and donate to salvation army. Goodwill is only interested in helping filling there pockets with money while ripping off the community and the workers. Don't appreciate anything or anyone. I turned them into OSHA for safety violations.

What I like most about this store are the employees. Like Robert who works in receiving. He's been there since I started working in 2013 and I am still always happy to see him. The guy who works the register as well. Can't remember your name but I won't ever forget your Halloween costume! If your shopping here and your walking be very careful of where you step. I like to do yardwork and I pulled lots of weeds already this year starting in the 1400/1300 of w 9th st. Also in the 1100 block of w 9th st down to the 800 block of morton dr. Both sides of morton. I am no longer doing any yardwork because it seems someone has released poisonous snakes everywhere I have been. The ones I've seen alive ar3 babies. Red/black/white, orange/black/white, tan/brown/white, tan/black/white. I have snakes and I have lived out west and I have never even seen these snakes, besides in a snake exhibit in Fort Davis Texas. I also found 3 dead snakes that I thought were fire hoses. These were on the bottom of w 8th st 800/900 block area where all the digging is behind I think was a meat place. One was about 7 feet long and the width of a 2 liter pop bottle. The others much smaller. Now I hate snakes. People have videos of me hiding in a closet from a wooden snake they tricked me with. This is much more serious. I made several calls because this is serious. I called the city managers office, the police and the health dept. I also called the health dept in Pennsylvania when no one return3d my calls. I spoke to a woman who said I should get an exterminator. Really? I should? First of all this is a police matter for sure. These snakes were released intentionally. How do I know this. Well they're not supposed to be here for one. 2 I have found what I thought was just a funny looking little mouse and when I tried to catch it it didn't even move. These were left by the doors of 2 different buildings. For what purpose? I guess to encourage them to come inside. This explains another odd thing I noticed. Dead animals. Dead like they were walking and just dropped over dead. Healthy looking raccoons. Squirrels. Someone off off morton found a dead baby deer in her yard. It makes sense I guess. These things are used to being fed by humans so once released what do they eat. They have no idea. Anything that moves I'd assume. Only they don't realize they can't actually eat the racoon. So I would guess they will try to kill anything. Don't let your children come down to this area. Not only is there a tier 2 sex offender living on this street but now dangerous poisonous snakes freely moving about both sides of 9th and 8th st. Who released them? Well I'd say probably someone who has a problem with me. For what reason? I don't know. Maybe the fact my father has a certain video he failed to watch in its entirety and if he had he'd have realized it was not me who broke into his house with other individuals, had sex with an animal, pissed all over his floors, got ripping drunk and just defiled everything. I would contact Mr Kevin Michael himself and ask to see this video so maybe we can all find out who is responsible for the Ashtabula Snake Infestation 2024. I can tell you one thing. I did happen to see months ago a large bag of fish/reptile food and I couldn't figure out for the life of me why it would be where it was. Next to tires on rims, a Dewalt table saw, a tool box(orange and black) and 2 bright green jeep door hinges. I think someone on w 9th has a bright green jeep but I didn't find the food there.... read my next review where I'm going to discuss how to keep snakes away. I can't get rid of them but I have always been successful at keeping rodents bugs and reptiles out of my personal space. This is not a joke and people should start calling someone about this. I don't even know what they would do to get rid of these things. I'd start with co

This store is one of the highest priced I have been to. The clothes are outrageous. They no longer have bags even. I believe they have the area wrapped up. I would certainly shop Salvation Army , and donate to them as well.

I was in Goodwill yesterday. The 50% off color of the week was green. I searched the store high and wide and did not find a single green tag. So they go through and pull all the color tags that are 50% off. The prices have gotten so ridiculous, but I still would look. I think I’m done shopping there because of this underhanded process of pulling things they claim are on sale. I have also stopped donating to goodwill. I donate to Salvation Army or the cancer society thrift shops. I also have noticed that there are less people in the store when I go.

Very organized and large! Fantastic for space and variety. Staff was lovely as well.
My only bone to pick are about how Goodwill's prices have skyrocketed since the items started to be priced individually, but I know this isn't the employees' fault. It's the organization's higher ups and I wish they would take a step back and put their prices back to where they used to be to make it more accessible for folks who can't afford firsthand.
Otherwise, this store is perfect! Absolutely wonderful!

Some of the items are a little overpriced for used products. They do have a large selection of many different things plus you can buy some new things there. Cleaning & hygiene, Clothing, Some furniture, Toys, houseware, & so on.
