This place has stolen my money twice with extremely poor quality furniture. I thought I would try again and went in and spent $2,200 dollars on two couches because they looked nice, they got delivered in June of 2023. One of the couches arrived broken and Aric and Melissa told me they would take care of it, after the fifth time I contacted them they finally sent their repair guy out in October of 2023 and ordered the part. It is now June of 2024 and have gotten no repair, and the other couch is starting to rip apart. I called Aric(the owner) and told him I might have to take legal action if this isn’t fixed soon. He hung up the phone and told me good luck he’s untouchable basically. The customer service lady Melissa never gets back to you and leaves you in a long. Good luck with this place . I’d recommend taking your money elsewhere to someone who cares about the quality of their product. Absolute joke here.

BUYER BEWARE! We have bought from here two times. Both times, a broken couch was delivered. The first time some money was returned but the couch not fixed (delivered with broken frame). This time, we have had a broken couch (recliner that won’t recline) for a YEAR!!! They won’t return calls, and just say they’ll look into it every time we’ve called. They refuse to take the couch back after 14 days but promised us in the beginning it would get fixed. Also, the couch ripped down the middle of the mattress within 5 months of owning it. Complete junk couches and facility. Would be better off buying a couch from Big Lots.

This guy was rude when we walked in told us that we could not find a mattress cheaper than him and then told us to leave if you want a real deal go to Micheal’s furniture next door to him he’s cheaper and better.

The owner and his staff are supre nice. Their is a great selection of furniture, and getting financing is quick. I would recommend to anyone looking for furniture!

as you can see... this place only has one star. don't get me started..... broken recliner (floor display i believe) theyll pay parts, I pay labor. no biggie but it's been 8 months and Ive never heard a word from them. theyre communication is awful! The sales woman is really nice but havent heard a word from her. but its the owner thats really terrible with people. I also wanted them to make sure the bed I received was same I ordered. A week later i told them it didn't look like or feel like what I ordered. Aric, the owner, to have somone look at it and stated he'd never take back a bed! then he started yelling at me about it. His warranty program is non-existent. terrible customer service. Aric is a rude, obnoxious, mean actually, person. He has tantrums like a 2 year old. very unprofessional. he recommended a few contractors for various work we needed done. Out of 4 people... 1 showed up. The rest didn't want to be associated with his name.

I purchased furniture and they delivered the showroom pieces. I paid for new furniture and did not get that. They even left the advertisements from the showroom on the pieces. When I asked the delivery guys if I got the furniture from the showroom, they said yes.

Been buying furniture at Furniture Towne now for 20 years. Their service is great and all the employees are very polite and freindly and on time with delivery set up too. I am very pleased with their high quality furniture too, and the great selection too. The owner is very kind and understands all your needs. And works with all different budgets.The service is very professional as well. Will continue to buy all my furniture at this location only. Their prices are very cheap and reasonable too. They go well beyond their job, to please you, and meet all your needs. Thank you for your great service. Great job guys!!?

Had to make several large purchases to furnish an apartment. Aric was very helpful in packaging things together for the best value and quality for the amount of money I wanted to spend. Has a large store with tons to choose from. Good quality selections that won’t break the bank. Great deals even on area rugs. Delivery was set up for just a few days after purchase. Free delivery on my purchases too! I have been shopping here for over 20 years and never disappointed. Highly recommended
