Horrible bank, they took over first merit and I have been an account holder at first merit since 1997.... I would not recommend this bank to anyone

Only bank I’ve been to that won’t cash a check from their bank. Horrible customer service

Staff is friendly helpful and courteous. We had a ten business day hold on a deposit once that seemed excessive or I would give them 5 stars.
