Went in there to inquire with the worker about recommendations for getting my dogs nails trimmed. Unbeknownst to me they also do perform services to pets. Let me tell you, that woman worked miracles. This was the first nail trim I got for my dog since adopting him & I really wasn’t sure how he would do. In a matter of less than 15 minutes, he had gotten all his nails trimmed, a dog treat, and we were on our way out the door. I can’t say enough wonderful things. Very happy customer here!

Bought 3 fish one died within 2 hours of having it, went in for a refund they asked for the body of the fish and a sample of the water? tried to make me sound stupid for not already bringing that, was extremely rude the whole time, and refused to give me a refund. Had terrible service everytime I’ve came in. And there was roaches crawling around the store.

The favorite stop for me and my wife to get crickets for her bearded dragon. They're always friendly and their prices are fantastic.

I find it very sad the way they keep some of the animals, specifically the guinea pigs. Guinea pigs are social animals and no humane pet shop would ever be willing to sell just one as they will get depressed and die. They also put the guinea pigs in a box that had very obviously been previously used heavily for mice or some other animals as it was covered in droppings. Guinea pigs should not be kept in tiny 1x2 cages either I’m just very disappointed overall with the treatment of the animals at this store. In addition to all of this they also do not meet the dietary needs of the guineas either as guinea pigs need most of their diet to be hay, they have only pellets and water which is very unhealthy for the guinea pigs. Just really disappointing.

Very knowledgeable people here any questions?They know the answers. Learned how to tell if my turtle is a boy or girl. And how to take care of it properly. Always have what we need for all our little critters.

Awesome place! Tons of fish. Good service. Many variety of plants for aquariums. Birds, reptiles, other critters too! Could if been a little cleaner.

Lots of cool pets like tropical fish ?, birds ?, tarantulas , lizards, and turtles. Friendly staff. reasonable prices. Stop by and check out the gator. There is a cage with nice size tortoises inside. Need mealworms for your pet lizard or feeder fish for your larger fish decent prices on those as well.
