So many empty spaces where items should be but are out of stock. I asked an associate what is the best day to come in to purchase items when they are in stock. I was told that the truck comes in next week and the truck comes in every other week. Very Disappointed with this visit, I used to shop Rite Aid…… Who went out of business, although when they were in business, they had everything that I wanted in stock. Hope your purchaser or POS system gets their act together, so that items will be more readily available when I want to purchase them and not when you want to sell them to me as your store is more convenient. My alternative would be Walmart and Walgreens. Please make my decision easy.

Zero stars if I could. I have been trying to pick up my prescription for almost a month. I'm trying to get pregnant, it's imperative I get this medication. I have made 6 attempts now to pick it up, on the 5th attempt they finally tell me it was actually out of stock this entire time and they would call me when it's ready. They called me 5 days ago telling me it was in stock and finally ready for pickup and again the next day, I have the voicemail to prove it. On the 6th attempt to pick it up today, they tell my husband it's not ready and to come back later. So I call the store to find out what is happening. The worker tells me we never came to pick up the prescription and so it got "returned". (I must have imagined those 5 times we tried to pick it up just to be turned away every time!) She then tells me it's ready. How convenient. I asked her why she didn't give it to my husband when he was just there less than 5 minutes ago? Probably still in the parking lot! Why did you tell him to come back later instead of having him wait while you remedy the situation? It's not our fault that you kept telling us the prescription is ready for pick up when it was actually out of stock the entire time. Then its back in stock, we show up, and "it's no longer available, come back later". Worst experience with any pharmacy in my entire life. Not one apology or accountability from anybody, just ATTITUDE. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this store like the plague, there are plenty of other options.

Found everything I needed and the cashier was very friendly. The store could be a lot cleaner, but was fully stocked in every aisle!!!

Everytime I get this one lady she is horrendous! Very rude and combative. Also, I'm told 30 minutes I go 2 hours later and it is still not ready. They told me they are running 2 days behind. So basically implying that I'm lucky to be getting it in the first place. I've heard that one numerous times. I'm locked in to this specific pharmacy and am changing at first available opportunity.

I have been sitting in the drive up for 45 minutes because the two cars in front of me are doing Covid tests. At least Conneaut has two lanes so one can be designated for the tests. I had one script to pick up. My ice cream is probably chocolate milk by now. This is totally ridiculous!

Made an appointment online to get covid testing done because I was expose to it by someone recently. I went to the appointment only to get refused because "electrical equipment failure" and told me to reschedule. The Lady was kind but I can tell I was getting shot down the moment I told her I had an appointment. I understand life happens but it would be nice get notified if we can't do the appointment instead of making the drive and waste the rest of my afternoon where I could've scheduled somewhere else to get tested.
