Order an earpiece for my iphone and after 10 days waiting i call back and the person says that he tried to call 4 days ago..checked my calls and dont have any missed calls..they said they call my wife number..another lie…asked for a refund and get charged $15 for restocking fee..dont go to this place..

My daughter and I took her phone in because it wouldn't charge and it was only 5 months old. She had tried everything she knew to fix it but we were at the point when we thought she was going to need a new phone. The gentleman who waited on us looked it over, messed around a minute and voila.... Up and running fine. I asked what we owed him and he said nothing. I insisted we must pay him something and he simply refused. So I told him I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks so much for your kindness. You have no idea how much it was appreciated!

Had my Google Pixel fixed in under an hour. Put a new screen on and you can't even tell. It was very professionally done and the phone looks good as new.

My granddaughter was visiting and her phone screen was severely cracked. My wife stopped in Crakd, they ordered the needed screen with overnight delivery. I received a call about 11:00 am saying they had the screen. I took my granddaughter over and about 90 minutes later we were walking out the door with her phone repaired. Great friendly, professional and efficient service.
