I called ate 3:30pm to pay my seat belt ticket because I couldn't figure out how to do it online. A Lady picked up the phone told me "OK I gotta put you on hold I'm busy at the moment" and I waited 1 hour 5 min. Picked the phone up and hung up and since it past 430 I couldn't call back..

Very shady corrupt and unconcered about anybodys well being pretty bad when youcannot count on law enforcement i think it might be an idea to call the attorney general
