I live there and its great when I call if I have a problem they fix it they make your family feel safe it's a nice quiet place to be. They very big on keeping everyone happy. I would rate a 10 but I recommend anybody to live here.

Extremely helpful, And respectful. A very great landlord that helps people when there in need. Very clean try’s her hardest to keep the place clean.

Having lived there for over a year I really enjoyed my stay, had to move because of job transfer and I only hope I can find as nice a place at my next stop.The owner/manager was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful and the units we looked at where very clean and appealing and I will truly miss living there!
