Probably a good reason they’re going out of business. Worker just shut and locked doors 1/2 hour before closing time so she could make sure she left early. Hopefully she’s happier at her next job.

Ashtabula branch. Purchased items I did not need with bank card a couple weeks ago. I've been working extensively and only had today to return the items for refund.
When I arrived the store is packed with people, and signs everywhere the store is closing. Thanks for letting the customers locally know!?
Needless to say my request for refund was denied and I left. I will not return to any of these stores ever again. I don't care if it does sound petty.
My refund should have been honored. There was no information sent the store was closing. Period.

Always nice people working there, and very helpful. Well organized store with just about everything inside and outside related to your home needs. Very reasonable, they have a Saturday special, and it usually pretty good. All in all, very nice place to shop .

Great place for a lot of great deals for around your home or business. Presently, having a do not pass up replacement window sale. This is the second time I have ordered from them for replacement windows, great deal !

Was in today to get plumbing fittings. Went to the register to pay for them with my card .There system was down and only take cash..As I was entering the store a man made the remark you need to post it on the door.I had no idea what he was referring to. But i did find out after..I didn't have cash on me at the time.The gray haired women who was just standing around made a remark that there's a sign on the door. But there wasn't when I came in.Her and a young female cashier was very rude..Well I'm going to start going to Lowe's..Half the time the plumbing fittings they are out of.Seems to be low on everything in the store as of lately..

Very good service and they probably have every shark bite known to man in there which is what I went there for. Best hardware store in ashtabula county in my opinion and very affordable. Thanks guys. Some advice though quit treating everyone like they're thieves. I get that it's in ashtabula but still. Yal should maybe try a membership system like Sam's club and make ppl buy a membership to get in instead of making customers feel uncomfortable like the older gentleman there made me feel in plumbing.

i just got paint mixed today and the workers were so sweet. chris, the guy who mixed my paint was nice and patient. when my green paint came out too blue, he reassured me and said he’d try to add more green. when that didn’t work out he created a new paint for me. i walked to the register and waited for a little bit. i put the heavy cans down on the floor and chris saw, asked if i was okay, then he got me little rubber cushions for the handles and gave them to me for free. william was nice too. i walked in and he immediately asked me what i needed and he called chris over right away.

I’ve had very slow and poor service here. The first time was when I placed a special order. It took about 20-25 minutes for the customer service representative to figure out how to place the order. They advised it would be about 4-6 weeks before the shipment would come in. I called at 6 weeks for an update, and well, it turned out they didn’t even send the order in to the company. Finally I got a call that my order was ready about 2 months after I placed it. I provided the receipt when I went to pick it up and the customer service representative said that the order is showing as not paid for in the system. They allowed me to take my order after about 20 minutes trying to figure out why the order was in the system the way it was. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Nice place. Like a small store version of Lowes or home depot. You can find most popular items for building, paint, and yard decorations. Easy in and out. Plenty of helpful employees. Clean restroom, but ask for the key before you walk to back room. They had mulch when others at big stores were out.
