“I needed a truck to pick up some family items in Northern Ohio from an estate sale. The auction items had to be picked up by a certain time or I'd forfeit them. I could not leave until later in the day so it was extremely important for me to make sure my truck rental was in order. However the day didn't start with U-Haul, it began at Budget trucks on 23. I had reserved a truck online for this location. I called the office all day to confirm my truck would be available on time because I didn't want to show up and them not have one. When I arrived to pick up, the truck was in the lot...but to my horror, when I to the office door there was a sticky note saying they had closed for the day. I was floored, angry, and panicked. We got back in our car and headed to Delaware to see if there were other truck options available last minute. We came to this Neighborhood U-Haul location. John the owner greeted us and immediatelytook care of our needs. He went out of his way to make sure we picked the right vehicle for what we were needing so that we didn't pay for a truck too big for what we needed. He also got us on the road quickly. This meant so much because we were already behind schedule. The vehicle was clean and ran perfectly, and I was able to make it in time to pick up my priceless family mementos. The rental fees were great, but I would recommend this U-Haul location a million times over for the service alone. John is a lifesaver.”

“They took me to a unit so I could see it and get a feel for the size. No big surprises... it's a storage area. Jan was friendly and has a nice dog that was glad to see me. Gated facility with easy access that appears secure. It was a quick process to get signed into my unit.”
