Literally the worst service I have had at one of the stores stood in there for 30 minuets while their employees helped several people that came in after me no one even said hello was going to get a new phone today but not from this location anymore ill drive out of my way to go somewhere else

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I went today to check out the new iPhone and they were busy which could be expected. I was told they would help me shortly, but then the staff started helping people who came in after me. I cannot believe that is how I was treated.

My dad's cell phone has been acting up & deleted all his contacts! Took a trip to the Verizon store with an old phone & they were able to download the contacts into his phone again. We always go b4 4 when we can, they r not too busy & take care of u right away. After 4 u usually have a couple ahead of u, not too bad, u can spend the time looking at the new phones u want!

Unprofessional staff! They did an unauthorized upgrade when enquiring about purchasing a new phone which made my phone bill $40 higher, then when asked to correct THEIR mistake was rude and lied to advising they fixed it when in fact they did not. The staff at Verizon on Claremont are much nicer and they know exactly what they are doing. Do not shop here! Looking into switching carriers all together.

Excellent customer service! The current staff Tabitha, Jeanette and many others took care of all my questions 6mos ago when I bought a whole new phone! Today, I return to get a new case that had worn out, greeted by smiles, they took care of my problem in less than 10 mins.I'm happy to call Ashland Verizon on Commerce Parkway my store!

After my visit today I will be switching from Verizon and won’t ever be using them again. Warranty replacement phones still have to be paid for and have to go out to Ontario for a phone repair.

They didn't help me with my problem at all, they just made it worse. I went from having no service unless I'm on wifi to having no service, period. And then they didn't even fix it at all. The workers there don't even know how to work a phone, 0/10. Don't recommend at all. I literally know how to work a phone better than them.

Sells phones that don't work and will not return.Had the phone one week didn't work got a new phone 3 weeks later that phone's not working got another phone over a month and I said now that's three phones I need a completely different phone they said no we don't do that you have to buy another phone now.Do not buy phones from this store

Let me tell you something, I have never had a good experience with phone carriers let alone representatives trying to help me fix something or get a new phone. It’s always full of hoops and sales that annoy me beyond belief.Until we met Gary. Gary is the manager of the Verizon on Commerce Parkway in Ashland OH. He deserves a raise! We have come in 3 separate times for new phones and issues with phones. Each time, he gave us his attention all the while assisting his employees who had questions for other orders. He was engaging and friendly as well as knowledgeable and efficient. It didn’t feel like we were there long because it was a pleasant experience. I really appreciate him taking the time to get us situated and making us feel good about the choices we were making on our plan. He is a rare find in the customer service business. He could easily be leveled up to a higher position in management and excel.

My son had went in store to pick up an order I had placed. I sent him the QR code to pick it up. When he went in, he stated the woman was very rude and refused to help him because he didn't know what the authorized user meant. She would not tell him how to do it either. So he went outside and called me. I asked him to go back in store and a different employee came up to him, was very nice and helped walk me through adding him as a authorized user. She was able to see that it was done right away and I got off the phone. But when I hear him tell me when he gets home, that the first lady he interacted with, loudly stated "make him show his ID to the camera", AFTER he has already done so with the employee, I was furious!! He did not feel comfortable at all in there, he felt like they were watching his every move in there. And trying to call the store directly is a joke and the chat loop it sends you to is worse. I am appalled by this and ashamed that I have been a customer for 20ish years. The amount I pay for my service sure does not reflect on the customer service given. It's a sad sad day.
