This store preys on the elderly folks that come in to upsell them or bully them into buying something they do not need. Does not listen to the need of the customer only cares about the commission they make. Only when you ask to return the product does the store try to help you.

We went into this location to purchase two new phones. We were ignored from the moment we walked in. I approached the desk and she said she'd put us in the the system based on a description of us and no one could help us because they were busy. The customers before us left and the employee rushed to the back and never came back...ever. Jerk move. Terrible customer service.

Awful service! We were the only ones in the store, still had to wait a while for someone to come from the back. She was not knowledgeable at all, on smart phones. When we asked for a specific phone, she said they didn't have it. I asked, when they would get it in. She says "we never know, we just open boxes and see what they send". We asked about a flip phone, she said they only had one. I said, we were told they had more in the back. She agreed, but would not get them. Pure laziness. Needless to say, we bought a phone at Bestbuy.

terrible customer service - waited 20min to talk to a rep, told the rep I needed a new I-phone 6, he said "i need to go into the back to check pricing and if we have any".......20min later I left since he was still in the back....probably talking with his friends and eating lunch. Don't waste your time at this store!
