Blatantly lied about not being able to deliver my (VERY SMALL) package as "there is no access to a deliverable area". I have 2 porches with Ring doorbell cameras and NO ONE attempted to deliver or even drove by my house. Their claimed attempted delivery time was 12:40pm on 5/25/2024. Guess what! No one appears on either doorbell camera nor on the 2 other cameras. This is DISGUSTING behavior. If there were another option for future package deliveries I would NEVER use USPS again.

I've been getting mail at my address in Mifflin for over a year with no problem. The last two weeks, I've had two packages that were returned to sender because whoever is running the Mifflin route can't seem to find my mailbox or my house. Unacceptable. You're costing multiple people money and time for no reason besides incompetence and/or laziness by your driver. How are these drivers not held accountable for not doing their job?

Parking sucks!! Employees have to park in their SMALL parking lot, leaving only 1 or 2 spots open if you're lucky. I think they should seriously consider moving to a different building in town with a bigger parking lot!

Said they couldn't deliver my package because mailbox was full. Packages are too big for mailbox. My porch is empty, no cars blocking anything. Why not put my packages on the porch? This is where all the other drivers leave my packages. I am home, they could've knocked on the door. I took the day off work to get these packages and you can't deliver because they are too big. Leave them at the door. Amazon drivers will leave packages on my porch or even take them to my back porch. This driver too lazy to even get out of his truck and set the packages on the porch. I would prefer Amazon not to utilize their services anymore

Have been told multiple times my packages/mail was undeliverable due "oversized package/mailbox full" when literally there is nothing in the mailbox and all of the package lockers in the apartment complex are empty. It's comical how bad this office is.

Lazy delivery driver decided instead of being bothered to do their job and get out of their vehicle and deliver our packages to leave a "Sorry we missed you" note indicating they attempted to deliver but we were not home. We were all home all day and this is just incredibly lazy and incredibly upsetting to see such a lack of character in the content of whomever decided to simply just not do their job. Incredibly disgusted with USPS at this point.

People all have the same complaint.They do not even try to deliver heavier packages. If they had rung the bell, the dog would have barked. They didn't ring the bell.

Horrible service and all employees park in the customer lot leaving nowhere to park. I also learned In second grade how to abbreviate Township (twp) Road (rd) but their people do not understand what Twp. Rd. means. Kind of hard to believe these people are delivering mail without second grade knowledge. What do you expect from a federal government organization I guess.

I hate this place. Never anywhere to park when i have to come pick up a a package that they claim i wasn’t home to receive when i was home all day ?. I once caught my mail carrier forging my signature (i said nothing because i didn’t care) and ever since then every time something requires a signature he just leaves it at the office and doesn’t even try to deliver it. I’m sorry that i caught you doing something illegal that i Don’t even care about but why do you have to punish me?

It’s been 4 days skipping Christmas and we have received nothing from the mail carrier, asking with 2-3 other neighbors, E 12th and 9th st in Ashland ohio. What the heck!
