Like most of the reviewers prior, my complaint is about the women working the front counter. One in particular (black hair) has had a terrible attitude every time I come in. She usually just takes whatever I bring in with minimal talking, but I have witnessed her snapping at other customers, rolling her eyes, sighing loudly, getting verbally aggressive, ect. At that point, I prefer the minimal talking and poor customer service to the way I have seen her act. This morning, there was a younger employee working behind the counter who was obviously newer and was having some trouble with a customer that was trying to send out several orders. You could tell he didn't want to ask the black-haired woman for help. When she came up, she snapped at him several times, rolled her eyes, and then pushed him out of the way. She then proceeded to get verbally aggressive with the customer. The other employee ended up stepping over to help me, and you could tell he was embarrassed and frustrated. The fact that so many people have complained and nothing has been done is appalling. I feel bad for any customer that has to step into this store and work with this woman.

Staff is very unfriendly and borderline rude. If you smile and try to be friendly they just look at you with a blank face. Not a good look for Ashland or UPS.

Was just in there today and the two ladies working...really hate their jobs i think. No greeting, no smiles, just attitude. It was like they were mad at costumers for even walking thru the door and it showed to everyone. The attitude and aggression with their words and handling of products definitely need addressed.

Used to be our go to for shipping stuff, wife had to ship stuff back today. The lady at the register was rude and acted as if she was being put out. They either need to get better staff of they will start loosing customers. However from reading the recent comments the management doesn’t care.

Apparently, management is doing nothing to address the horrible customer service in this store. I brought in an Amazon return & neither clerk said hello. The older lady with long blond hair & glasses told me they couldn't use the box the return was in (same box I received item in) and then told me I had to take the empty box with me after she processed the return. No thank you or anything from her. Mgmt... Do not ask me to reach out to you because you've done nothing to correct this problem so talking to you will not help.

The two ladies who work in this store are absolutely miserable and have zero customer service skills. They don’t greet you and seem so put out when you walk in. They really need to find another job choice because it’s obvious they hate their job and people. I work in customer support and would be fired if I treated our customers this way.
