Not thinking, and dealing with a heart broken kiddo I called and left a nasty voicemail. Not my usual MO but I was pretty hurt as well (not an excuse). I was immediately called the next morning by a lady named Jodie. Wonderful and caring voice, calm sympathetic. Apologized for something that wasn't their fault and even offered to replace it anyway. Humbling in this world we live in I must say. I'm sorry for my voicemail and your a true angel for dealing with me the way you did. Much love and respect Mrs Jodie.
