This place is the WORST vet I have ever been to. If you care about your pet and want it to get the care it needs never bring them to this horrible place. I have brought my cat there with concerns multiple times and have been dismissed and told that it was no big deal each time. Because of their poor care I had to rush my pet to an emergency vet hospital with life threatening symptoms. The doctors there could not believe the lack of concern and treatment from spring meadows. After our ER trip we called again to talk about follow up testing and were once again dismissed as they refused to run the tests we requested, and refused to help us understand our options. Because of them and their lack of care, knowledge, and overall bad customer service, we may have to say goodbye to our pet. Do not bring your pet here unless you want your concerns dismissed, no tests run, and to be made to feel stupid by their so called “doctors”. These people should not be able to treat animals and they will never have the privilege of treating mine again.

From the time I walked in with Dolly the staff was amazing. They loved my little Dolly and was very gentle with her!

Dr. Lahmon is a fantastic vet. We have used her for our mini schnauzers for years and our horses in the past. She is has a wealth of vet experience and is so compassionate towards us and our fur babies.

I brought my bunny in for a checkup and neutering. The staff seemed quite knowledgeable and handled the procedures perfectly. They provided pain medicine as well. My rabbit healed up without any complications. I was even told the neutering was done by a secondary staff member, rather than the one who normally does them. I was nervous as this is a delicate procedure for rabbits especially, and was elated when everything worked out. Everything ended up being more affordable than I anticipated. Overall this was the best vet experience I could've asked for.

No communication throughout the staff and worst time possible they didn’t know what todo with the billing and they are rude and dose not care about your feeling or the pet really I would not suggest this place I would go to Claremont vet over this.

These folks are awesome, amazing and wonderful!! I'm new to the area, so I took a chance on them. I don't have Internet, and they set up billing and shipping for both my dogs monthly meds. They are professional and kind. Prices are comparable. Can't recommend them enough!!

Friendly staff, clean facility, and conveniently located next to doggy daycare. They even gave my dog emergency care once while he was staying at the daycare (before he was a patient). He gets extremely anxious about nail trims, and they work with us to make it a more comfortable experience for him, even getting down on the floor with him so he doesn’t have to be lifted to the table. Now I take my cat to SMVC as well. They have a long wait list at times, but worth it.

I work in healthcare with a tight schedule and little wiggle room. I called about my dogs ear infection and they accommodated me despite their also packed schedule. Thank you for taking such great care of my sweet boy!!

I have used Spring Meadow to care for my horses for the last 15 years. They have always done a great job for me, especially when I have had weekend emergencies, which seems to be the majority of the time my horses choose to get sick or injured.
