Service was excellent. We blew a tire on our trailer and called them and normally we would change it ourselves. For the price we had them come and change it out and install a new tire. They were there within 15 minutes. Great service!!!

Flat tire on the highway while traveling for work. Insurance was no help. Smetz’s was out within the hour, saved me a tow and got me back on the road within 30 minutes of getting to where I was. God bless these people!

Absolutely amazing service. I called at 9am on a Saturday for a flat tire (car sitting in my driveway). By 11am they had the tire fixed, good as new, and ready to drive. I was at home drinking coffee the entire time.

Fair price, world class customer service, and a fast and worry free visit. The service manager (I believe his name was Eric) was an absolute pleasure to work with. And to top it all off the tech cared so much they put my old tires into a large plastic bag to protect my already dirty interior. Having just moved out to the area I am relieved to have found a trustworthy tireshop and they'll be getting my business exclusively.

We are travelling from NY back to TX amf had issues with our cargo trailer tires. Everyone at Smetzs Tire Center was knowledge and friendly and got us back on the road. If you are travelling or live in the area you won't find more professional, friendly customer service.

I have delt with a lot of tire stores of all sizes and brands but never one as clean and respectful as Smetz's. Not to say that there's not others. I just moved to Ashland a few years ago and needed a new set of tires and they fixed me as well as made aware of a couple of things I need to keep an eye on in the future. Clean, knowledgeable, and going the extra mile to serve there customers. Thank you Smetz's Tire.

The service was good. I had to get a tire sensor replaced and the tire repaired. They were professional and courteous. The job was done well. I would recommend this place for any type service/purchase.
