The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely trash depending on who you’re dealing with I’ll probably die from lack of medication before I go back if you have diabetes I wouldn’t recommend the people at the register at the front I’d give a 2/10

Tried to call multiple times to have my prescription ready for pick up and they never answered the phone so when my wife got there to pick it up it wasn’t ready and the person in the pharmacy was rude to her. Then she only gave her part of the prescription. When I called back to ask why I had to call multiple times before someone answered and when I asked why their original response was that’s all they had on hand. I asked when I could pick up the rest, she said call back a few days before I’m about to run out so they can order more. I told her order it today because I only got part of my prescription which is when she decided to change her story and say my insurance won’t pay for it. This is a lie because I’ve been getting the same prescription in the same quantity with the same insurance for 3 years without an issue.

Just recently switched from the rite aide in Wooster to this one. I really loved Wooster Pharmacy, I’d been going there for 10+ years until I moved to the Ashland area. I have to say the Ashland branch could definitely use some refreshers when it comes to customer service. Three times in a row it’s taken them an entire week to refill my prescriptions after a refill request had been sent and when they are refilled, it never fails that the person working the drive through is unnecessarily rude because.. they didn’t do their job correctly? I’m not entirely sure. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the Ashland branch and I will be switching pharmacies as of today.

I like rite aid get my prescriptions there been going for a good few years just saw today they charge your .10 for one of those little thin plastic bags that's crazy I spend enough money with you I shouldn't have to pay .10 for a bag and I know it's just .10 but it adds but insane

Get all my many prescriptions here! Never waited more than 10-15 minutes. I considered this excellent considering the number of illnesses in this world today.bvery friendly staff will to keep prescriptions up to date.

me and my brother and his girlfriend went into rite aid to look for pads we were looking for the kind she uses and they had it just not in the size she wears so we leave to go check walmart we'll as we were pulling out we noticed the store Manger writing down her plate well we park and go in and the store Manger lies about writing the plate down and the best part is she couldn't even speak for herself the other employee or customer whoever she was spoke for her they accused us of stealing their proof we were all in the same alie we went their for on thing and one thing only for the most part so yeah were in the same alien and the other proof was the bulge in my coat pocket aka my phone the truth in that lady was watching us from the moment we walked in judging us and the fact they took my comment down on their review page is proof they were in the wrong and they saw nothing on the tapes but like I said before got them at Walmart for cheaper and not a single problem with staff hope you feel like crap if your reading this but prob not because you enjoy making people's lifes miserable for your own enjoyment

Terrible, terrible, terrible service most of the time in the pharmacy. My prescriptions are hardly ever ready without first calling them or sometimes never received from my provider even if they've been sent multiple times to the pharmacy. Then when they say they will be ready in 1 hour, 6 hours later they are still not ready, and they're usually filled right as I'm sitting in the drive-thru. Price with insurance fluctuates every month and randomly I somehow meet the deductible 1 month but not the next, right in the middle of the insurance cycle. Will be switching to a more organized pharmacy that takes their job seriously.

Is 2022 and the pharmacy fat lady(im calling her out her self status since she chooses to be racist). If you go here and you are from another race thats not white SHE WILL ATTEND EVERYONE ELSE REAL NICE, but not you! And when you ask something im here for… (not let you finish) she will talk to you from the side of her shoulder like you don't matter….but 3 more people approached her(white), she says good afternoon, how are you, how can I help you. I approach, “can you just get over there in line I will attend you when is your turn!!!.. From the side of her head! So F…ing Rude! still in 2022”. Never going back here ever again. CVS around the corner is not racist!

Went in for a flu shot on Sunday. Disappointed to see the weekend pharmacist working with his face mask worn under his nose. Went to Ashland Wal-Mart instead where full staff were on duty and all were professional, with full sanitary precautions taken.Have had better experiences at Ashland Rite Aid on weekdays with regular pharmacist.
