Usually good stuff in my 10 years but would think first time a pump motor doesn't work correctly at install would be replaced without jumping thru so many hoops on phone how can I run a small business if im on phone sad. Lucky I bought 3rd party warranty but when you pay top dollar for a pump the service would be better.
