This is a follow up to my last review last week. I took it in for rack and pinion replacement and then left and my power steering system failed immediately after I picked it up. They did fix that. But now after picking it up a second time I have loud exhaust noise. I didn’t have an exhaust issue when I dropped it off. And per their checks which are attached, my exhaust was fine. I seem to be taking it in and I leave with a vehicle in worse condition. I have paid them $2,700 so far. I am extremely upset. They must have damaged my exhaust putting in the new power steering pump this is the second time they have left me with a vehicle in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I took my cars here for years and never had these issues. Please do not respond and tell me to contact your customer service. I called last week after the first issue and they don’t answer or return messages.

Mr Tire has went above and beyond to get my car back on the road quickly! They have always treated me right, and I would go back again!

I used to love going here, but under new management since Don retired, it's been nothing but issues. I am leaving negative reviews on any platform I can, because they need to make this right. Maybe some negative publicity will wake them up. I took my car in for new rack and pinion in power steering system. Also got new brakes in the process. Anyway, immediately upon picking it up after new rack and pinion, power steering failed a mile down the road. They took it back in and looked at it, replaced the pump. I had to leave it with them while I left for a business trip because they had to keep it overnight to replace the pump, waiting for a part to come in. Immediately upon my return, the vehicle had loud exhaust noise upon pickup. The exhaust was fine when I took it in, and I have documentation from them to prove such (see attached). I called them to schedule an appointment to look at the new exhaust issue. Upon taking it in today, 11/3/23, I showed them the paperwork where exhaust was fine when I dropped it off. When I showed the manager the paperwork and explained that something seemed to be amiss, she immediately became angry and said I was accusing her of purposely damaging my exhaust. Ultimately, words were exchanged, and she refused to look at it. I now have corporate involved waiting for a resolution to this issue. Bottom line, I've taken it in twice, and twice left with a car in worse shape. They are not taking accountability. An exhaust noise does not just magically appear when there was no noise prior or issue upon arrival to the shop. Mr. Tire, you've left me without a car several times. I've had to take time off from work, rearrange my schedule, and loan vehicles to make it to work when I couldn't be off.

I called in to schedule an alignment and have my drivers side rear tire fixed so my AWD, abs, traction control, and stabiltrack would turn back on. I just got my struts on at my regular mechanic, who does not do alignments. He read and so did another mechanic, read my diagnostic on my car and said the sensor was not plugged in, or broke in my drivers side rear tire. The wheel hub assembly had just been replaced and the vehicle was running perfectly fine with it! I had 2 different mechanics read the vehicle diagnostics. Ryan scheduled my appointment over the phone for the alignment and said they would do a free inspection of my rear tire to confirm what was wrong. They agreed it was just the sensor after they inspected it. They said it was only about 80-90 to fix it and about 20 minutes. When they were all done they charged me over $400.00 and made my vehicle WORSE than it was before I brought it in!! Not only did they not fix the issue that I scheduled for and paid for! I can not even drive my car now! I turned my car around and took it right back in. They said now my bearing is broken and bad and it needs replaced. They said that is what the diagnostic reads now! It was not like that before! I was the only customer there that day and I could hear the guy cussing about a loud clank out there. I asked why my car is in worse shape. Ryan swore it was like that before!! No!! It was not!! It’s my vehicle I know!! He said it’s because the sensor is good now so the car didn’t know it was broken. I said, “So the car ran just fine ‘broken’ but now that you’ve ‘fixed it’ it can not be driven at all!! He said he didn’t know how to explain it and that they couldn’t help me!! Are you kidding me?? I had two different mechanics say the wheel hub assembly was fine, it was just the sensor! I had your own technician say, the SAME thing! Then after he ‘fixes’ it and it runs worse, unsafe to drive! Then he claims it was like that before the car just didn’t know it was broken so it ran good because it didn’t know it shouldn’t!! Can someone help me? Or should I take this in to the other auto shops in town as advertisement?

Called and made an appointment for ball joints and alignment. Seemed great. Called just before appointment to make sure I wasnt supposed to bring my own parts. They said they get them (that's fine no whoop), so I asked how much while looking them up myself. Same brand and part number advanced auto has for 70$ each. Mr.Tire guy comes back with 180$ each and 1800$ for labor which he says is 3.5hr per side... None of which they mentioned when I made the appointment. Run far away. Far far far away. They take advantage of customers.

1 star cause they’re open on Sundays. $780 for front struts is ludicrous. Went 5 miles down the road & had the back struts done for $340.Mr. Tire charged $245 in PARTS for EACH side, a part that costs $135 at autozone. Shop that did the rear charged $205 for the pair.Only go here on Sundays &/or if you have the extra pocket change to cover an 80% upcharge on parts.

I hope that they are really serious with their services and give me a solution if my car was damaged due to the ineptitude of the people who did that to my car

Was recommended to go here by a mechanic we use. We needed a front end alignment and 2 front tires. SUV yanks you towards the yellow or whites lines, depending on the curve. Tires didn't even make it 15,000 miles and are completely bald! $600+ later and vehicle us worse than when we took it in! Of course alignment is only covered for 3 months and I'm sure tires aren't covered even though they never made it to 45,000 miles!

My car was acting up a few blocks away from Mr Tire Ashland Ohio on Saturday. I managed to get it into the lot around 5pm. They were able to get the issue resolved Monday morning at a reasonable price.

I strongly recommend this location. I get all my service done and buy my tires here too. They are honest and fast. I recommend Ryan as he's the one I always prefer to work on my car but they are all good. You can't go wrong here and will never regret it.

I've been using this shop for about five years and it seems in the last couple it has gone downhill. My appointment for 8 am oil change & rotate tires. Only one other vehicle in a service bay. My car pulled in at 9 am. Simple service took over an hour. Service manager apologized, said he was training new tech on the procedure. Why should they practice on my vehicle? He said everything was fine. When I got home and checked inspection report it indicated power steering fluid was low and system needed to be serviced. Oil change price had doubled since my last change in November. I won't be going back. They lost a loyal customer.
