What a joke. Not even open half day on Saturday? Close at 5:00. The lady that works on the cpap machines only works 2 days a week??? If you're a working person may as well forget it.

Towne Pharmacy has helped keep my dad’s medication in line. They deliver it now to his work as he often gets off and other pharmacies were closed causing him to have lapses in medication. I have also used them post surgery for my husband’s medication and they had it ready within minutes which is always so nice when trying to take care of someone post surgery! Always super friendly and helpful. I recommend Matt and his team at Towne Pharmacy to anyone!

Great customer service! They definitely know how to take care of their customers. And if you have any questions about any of their medical equipment, power chairs, walkers, wheelchairs or anything they have Levi is knows his stuff and is very professional! Highly recommend Towne Pharmacy to anyone!

I did NOT have a great experience when I got my CPAP machine. Once they found out I had a Medicare plan, one of them commented that "We're not going to make much money on this."Both of those ladies in the back were very rude every time I had an interaction with them. It always seemed like I was bothering both of them with each interaction. After several months of trying to get the settings on the machine to work properly for me, I finally gave up and returned the machine to the store. I went to the back where the offices are, and no one was in either one at the time. I could hear several people talking in back, so I knocked on the door. The short lady came out and VERY RUDELY informed me I was not allowed in that area. And when I told her why I was returning the machine, she said "I don't need a sermon (or lecture) about why you don't want it!!! (After she asked me why I was returning the machine.) The lady at the pharmacy counter was extremely nice when I paid my bill and the man who is usually at desk in center of the store has always been nice to work with in the past. But if you have Medicare, the attitude of those women in back needs to be much more friendly and helpful.

Levi and the Towne Pharmacy team are always so knowledgeable and caring when in their store! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly cares for their people!

This place is awesome they will help you and go out of their way. Levi and Christy are unbelievable. They are five star service, if you need any DME products I would recommend this place above anyone else in town.

Called in to see if my father's prescription was ready. Make the mistake of selecting the wrong number in their directory. I politely said sorry for hitting the wrong option, thank you, have a nice day then hung up. I won't "bother" them again.
