Donley Ford should be ashamed of themselves! My son in law went there to purchase a vehicle for his family. I feel they took advantage of him as this was the actual first time he was purchasing a vehicle. He has receipts to prove the nonstop work it has needed since he bought it. My husband recently went up ty there with him to see if they would work with him, and take this no warranty car back and help him be placed in a different car for his family. They more or less admitted when he bought the car, it was way over priced for what he paid. They would place him in another vehicle for carpayments of almost $700 a month. How can a family afford to pay that when the economy is crazy expensive right now? They get no type of assistance, never have. They have rent, food ect to pay monthly, how could they add a car payment for that price?They depend on a vechicle for him to get to work! Thanks for ripping innocent families off Donley. This isn't the only incident that I've heard of. You are heartless and don't care about customers!!! You should be ashamed. I can place more details on vehicle if needed on here.

Donley Difference Shines.This was our first experience with Donley Ford. We purchased a Blue Certified 2020 Honda Odyssey. I called over to check on the vehicle Thursday but it was at their MV location. They had the car to Ashland by noon Friday so that I could look at it. On Saturday we planned for a test drive with my husband. During the test drive an emissions system light came on. Tim assured us that this would solved. We went ahead with the purchase and trade in was a very easy process with my previous vehicle. They had the emissions light off when they brought the vehicle around and when leaving Tim told us there was a 2nd key to the van that would arrive from the MV dealership later next week for us to pick up. Unfortunately, the next day we took off for church and the emission light came back on. This light would go on and off for the next 2 weeks. Later the next week they also told us there was not a 2nd key to the car, but thankfully their "key guy" programmed us a 2nd key. About 3 weeks after our purchase I finally got the car back to the dealership with the emissions light on. Sadly, the service department couldn't run diagnostics due to it being a Honda and I was sent to Honda of Wooster. Honda of Wooster diagnosed the issue and after a phone call to Gage explaining the issue-Donley paid for the diagnostic and the part 100%. All this to say that we saw the "Donley Difference" first hand from start to finish and even a little after our purchase. A big thank you to everyone at Donley Ford of Ashland for helping our growing family into a new vehicle!As you can see they earned the 5 star rating/recommendation from us and lived up to their Donley Difference promise even on a used non-ford vehicle.To list constructive criticism: 1. Detailing seemed a bit hurried to the car interior with coffee spills/crayons/crumbs remaining between/on sides/under seats and the center console (nothing a shopvac and wet rag couldn't fix) 2. Driving 40m to the dealership service department (as we were told to do by sales) only to be told (by service) to drive 30m to Wooster. (Luckily it was a beautiful day with fall foilage to enjoy and my boys enjoyed seeing the Revved up garage next door)

I needed a safety recall and, in keeping with the safety theme, rear disk pads and rotors were also installed. My mystery message from my Sync3 system ( System off to conserve battery. Please turn off the ignition or start the vehicle) was also solved with the replacement of my 5 year old original battery. All was done within the time parameters of my appointment.

Sent a message on Facebook asking if they had certain trucks available. No response.(for 10 hours after two messages sent)Called their store in Ashland and both trucks were gone so I was then forwarded on to their Mount Vernon store because they had one available there.Sales rep from Mount Vernon sent me pictures of the truck and I asked for final numbers so I could have this added to my Trac Lease. I was then told the sales rep I was working with couldn’t give me the numbers that another rep had to give me the final numbers and he would reach out in a few. The next sales rep Jim didn’t reach out.Then this morning I get a message from some guy named Brad Bennett saying “oh we’re sorry, that truck sold late in the day”.If you want a dealership who sucks with communication, Go to Donley. They’ll always let you down.

Wow! What an experience. Logan sold me a Bronco. I love it! Everything was so smooth. The people at the dealership were so kind! The general manager, salesman, Gage, the finance department, and all the way back to the guy that detailed my Bronco,(Billy in the back) smiled, stopped and talked to us and made us very comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and made buying a vehicle so much better than any other experience I have had in the past. I hate buying a car but yesterday was great!!Highly recommend!

Donley Ford of Ashland recently serviced my 2020 Expedition to correct an issue covered by a Ford Technical Service Bulletin. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the work was completed a day ahead of schedule. Ron, the Service Manager, kept me informed of the findings and the progress of the work. Vince, the technician, was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he did to correct the vehicle. We have purchased all of our vehicles from Donley Ford for 20 years and Donley performs the maintance and service on them. We always recommend Donley Ford to our friends.

Everyone at Donley Ford of Ashland that I dealt with while purchasing my Ford Bronco were very helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one. Tim, my salesman, knew what I wanted and needed and made it happen to the best of his ability. Buying cars isn’t what it used to be. They were good to me with my trade in. I love my new truck and would suggest Donley Ford and Tim to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car's fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to "clean out the nest", replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.

We bought a used 2019 Ford Bronco Sport. After we got the contract and loan set up, we found out that a new car would actually be cheaper! We didn’t pick the car up or made a down payment yet. We called to ask if we can step back from the contract due to a new car actually being cheaper. (Sales person confirmed that it would be cheaper…I feel like a good salesman would make you aware of that or step down from their price a bit to accommodate.) We then bought the car and not even a week into getting it had to send it back to Ford because the AC wasn’t working. 3 hours later, after assuring us that it’s probably just the coolant that needed a refill, we got notified that we need a whole new air compressor. (This car had around 15000 miles down, this shouldn’t be happening and should’ve been checked before selling it.) After getting the car back, there was a noticeable white scratch on the steering wheel and dirty hand prints all over the drivers side. We are not happy…
