“Kathy was my cashier, the store is always clean. Almost always have what I came for. The employees are underappreciated and under compensated for some of the nonsense that goes on in the store by so-called customers. Some people just go there to aggravate but Kathy seems to keep her cool. She goes by cat on her name tag”

“I had purchased a pair of jeans in store and liked them so much that I wanted to buy more which they didn't have. It wouldn't let me order online and it said there were none available in any other stores for some reason. So I went back to the Ashland store and talked to Bri who was an absolute rock star in calling four different stores and had 4 pairs transferred for me to the Ashland store. This took a while to do as she had to wait for each store to get back to her on availability. She did all of this while helping her associates with different issues at the register and helping customers. Just wanted to shout out Bri for having exceptional customer service, being friendly, and very helpful. A+++ Keep up the awesome work Bri!”
