You're a nasty individual, but on top it all you think as thee owner you think it's okay to do things and say what you want like insulting me and my dog shows you have no customer service skills whatsoever, and that you think a non answer to something you said only once and I didn't fully hear in the first place is the okay to do what you want and instead of taking accountability for your negligence and poor behavior you blame my dog and insulting us both with your words and that you don't deserve to be an owner of any business with your Karen mentality!

terrible .... I couldn't believe how I was treated today I go there all the time till today that will be my last visit the owner told me she would not help me cause I was on my phone... as I was sitting waiting for my turn OMG my phone rings and I answer it.. she then would not help me told me its a safety rule they have .and then told me I was band from using there drive thur .. lol theres only like 4 more that would gladly take my money lol..that was terrible ...
