Bought a $30 air pump at an autozone in Colorado and found out it didn’t work later on our road trip. Stopped at this autozone to see if we could exchange it because it didn’t work at all. Lyndon said it can’t be exchanged and he refused to look up our account to see if it was on there because “purchases don’t show up unless they’re over $20” and “it doesn’t have warranty”. He had a bad attitude with us from the start. Waste of $30 and super rude employees.

I had the most excellent experience at this AutoZone! I went to get in my car at 8:30 at night and the battery was dead white auto service came and jumped me and I drove down to AutoZone 8:40. Even though they were getting ready to close, This amazing man with an unusual spelling of his name which escapes me, came to my aid, came out to my car replaced my battery, checked on my battery to make sure if it was under warranty it was turns out, so I received a brand new battery right it closing with no charge. They don’t accept tips, which is unfortunate because this man went above and beyond to help me and never once complained. he was amazing. I apologize I can’t remember your name but you by far won my business!

my trucks idler pully was going on my truck and I pulled into this autozone to look for the parts and boom they instantly made sure I had the right parts and even lent me the tools to fix it and get the truck back on the road so I can drive 5 hours back home we'll all said and done she's a runner and batch home here we come thanks a ton auto zone fam

I was over a hour from home and had a car emergency. Lyndon saved the day helped me get my car fixed up and going in no time and get home. Without him I truly don’t know where I would be be. (Stranded is where) Thank you again Lyndon you are a life saver!!

I bought a 93 suburban about an hour from home. Minutes down the road the passenger front break seized up. Luckily I was just down the road from AutoZone. I walked in and explained the situation and the older gentleman behind the counter directed me to a flat working space and loaned me the tools I needed to get the wheel off and remove the brake pads so I could make it home. Very helpful and kind. Got fixed up in an hour and it cost me 6 dollars. Couldn't thank them enough! 5 stars great service!
