My son had a flat tire, I called Aber's, they arrived within 10 minutes, put the spare tire on the car quickly and efficiently. The service guy was super helpful and courteous. Fast service, great people. I highly recommend them.

We called after hours and got someone on the phone immediately. The tow guy was to us within 20 mins. He was fast, friendly and super helpful. I would hope to never have to get help again but I would use them and 100% recommend them.

Got stuck on 71S in Ashland, Ohio. My horrible insurance, geico said they couldn't help me. Looked around and found Aber's. My driver was Tyler, a military veteran. Super professional, got to me quickly, and to the shop so I can make it to my sons Navy bootcamp graduation. Can't ask for better people in this world than this guy.

This 1 Star is from 9/11/2023. The company charges by the HOUR. From the time they leave their shop to the time they get back to their shop. NOT per trip, and is waaayyy overpriced! I still had to wait 20 minutes for them to get to me. I don’t normally do a google review unless it’s that bad, & it was. Don’t EVER use this company if you want to pay for more than $200 to have ur little car towed. (From Ashland—Butler) Insurance did not pay me back either. It was my first time having my car towed ever so that’s on me. Run!! Save your money!!Service: Car towing

After being stuck on 71 with a young kiddo, and having the insurance roadside assistance jerk me around for an hour, I called Aber's and they had taken the call, drove out, loaded up and paid in less than 30 min.Price was reasonable. Guy that did the tow was empathetic, professional, and fast.Sucks to have car issues; Was super happy for Aber's.

Got me off the road to safety and did everything he could as a wrecker driver to get me back on the road quickly very freindly,on time,helpful and knowledgeable about his trade.....and when all was said and done offered me a job at their growing company I look forward to working with them in the future.

0500 on Saturday morning Tractor pulling hazmat tank blew coolant line in pouring rain on I-71. Placed call to Aber's towing and crane service. Derrick showed up within an hour,had axles pulled and hooked and on road moving within that hour. Dropped at Aber's GMC and Volvo dealership all with in two hrs. Very professional and respectful. Understanding time is of essence. Thanks Derrick and Aber's Towing and Crane. You are simply the BEST!!

Our 40’ Motorcoach broke down on the side of Interstate 71 south in Ohio, two gentlemen came to where we were and were as professional as anyone could ask. Got us hooked up and towed us back home.100% would recommend them!!Service: Special vehicle towing

The people at Abers towing are amazing. They went so far out of their way for my husband. He was in a motorcycle accident. When they came out even though my husband was taken to the hospital they walked around and gathered all of his belongings and made sure they had them with the motorcycle. When the insurance was giving us problems about towing it to the city we live in we decided to go pick it up in a truck. They helped us get it in the truck. On May 25, I and many other drivers lives were risked by this company and their drivers. A semi had large rocks on their trailer that were hitting cars and damaging vehicles. I spotted three vehicles who had to pull off the highway because of completely shattered wind shields. This was negligent conduct that was reckless and dangerous. I see that there is one other negative review on here that another driver put up. It is companies like this that make highway driving dangerous
