Thank you for your great service! I was kept informed every step of the way, beginning with the scheduled pickup, which was exactly on time. When an issue came up, I was called to see if I wanted them to handle it now, or wait until another time. He let me know how much it would cost, to help make the decision. They also let me know as soon as it was delivered. Thank you for a job well done!

Get you in the door and out the door with a car. That parts great wasn’t isn’t great is the warranty company they offer you, the service of canceling that warranty. And the itemized sheets of repairs are not detailed or explaining any of the work that’s being provided on your vehicle.

I've been going to Terry Hendricks for many years. Got a service coupon in the mail for The Works for $69.99. Made an appointment, went in, got it done, then was handed my bill. $85.49. I was in shock! Asked if they used the coupon and he said yes. Are you kidding me? So lucky I had that in my checking account. I am now living on a very few dollars till next month till my social security check comes in. Hoping I have enough to get my meds today. I'm wondering how much it would have been without the coupon, IF they used it.

I can’t say enough about the unbelievably awesome service we got there today! We were having transmission problems in our motorhome and were stuck on the turnpike in the middle of a lane just outside the toll both. Our vehicle would not start. I called quite a few places before I found Terry Henricks Ford. Sean was very calming and assured me they could look at our vehicle once it got towed in. On a Friday afternoon with no appointment, I was skeptical. I thought for sure we would be spending the weekend in Archbold. We followed the tow truck towing our motorhome and when he pulled in front of the dealership, someone came running out to show him exactly where he needed to pull in. Within minutes they were collecting our information and someone was under the vehicle. In less than 3 hours they had diagnosed our issue and fixed it with no parts needed. During those 3 hours, Sean constantly came in to the waiting room to give us updates. We could not be more thankful for their awesome service getting us back on the road so quickly! And they are a car dealership, not a motorhome service center. We went there because our vehicle has a Ford motor. They were SO knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you to everyone there who helped us out today. You are definitely our heros!
