Fabulous experience. Started online and that was smooth and efficient. But at the dealership it felt like we visited before and returning to see old friends - even though it was our first experience. Carter was fantastic as a salesperson and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Worked with Angel Matthew's who was very helpful in helping me get into my new to me vehicle. Noticed a runner light bulb was out and she took me right over to the service department who fixed it for me right then and there. If you need help finding your next vehicle, I suggest asking for her help. Very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions

Well be careful what you do purchased a used truck from them I have done nothing but work on it since after paying 24k for it tried to take it to them for the first problem and was told it would cost me 6 to 700$ to fix a sensor in the bumper that was missing when I got the truck ended up fixing it myself and the sensor was still there just fell into the bumper so how well do they really do an inspection answer they don't wash it jack the price see ya later will never go back. Glad they have a smart remark for any bad review. You must be right I didn't buy it from Terry Hendricks in archbold I must have been lost wonder where I was

My 2020 Pacifica was due for it's routine oil change and I was also receiving a message that the "Start / Stop" function was not working and required attention. When I called to request an appointment for these issues the service advisor who answered my call advised I could stop in any time that these issues could be taken care of through the Service Express Lane. On Aug. 22nd my wife and I stopped into Terry Henricks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram where we were greeted by Service Advisor Kyle King. After advising Adv. King that our Pacifica was due for routine service and the issue of the "Start / Stop" system he processed our Pacifica in for the oil change and the "Start / Stop" system check.
Adv. King was friendly and professional and seemed knowledgeable about the "Start / Stop" system, indicating it would likely be the auxiliary battery creating the "Start / Stop" system issue. We proceeded to the customer waiting area while our Pacifica was serviced. After a short time passed Adv. King came into the waiting area and advised our Pacifica was done, the oil change was completed and the "Start / Stop" system was analyzed, with the auxiliary battery not being at full capacity, which was the cause of the "Start / Stop" system alert. Adv. King advised of the estimated cost to replace the auxiliary battery adding that it was not at the point where the battery replacement was necessary at this time but would be something to consider in the future. I elected not to replace the auxiliary battery at this time. We found the Terry Henricks facility to be very clean and orderly during our Aug. 22nd visit.

Oil and filter change was fine. On the rotating of the tires, a lug nut needed to be replaced. I had not heard of that before. Also, I was not given the tread depth, however I was given three (3) quotes on replacing the tires.

Traded my vehicle for one of the Back lot vehicles. I dealt with Parker, who was a nice guy. Not sure of the guy's name where all the documents were signed.
Drove off the lot and got a few miles down the road and the motor started making a ticking noise and the exhaust started making a rattling sound. Have had issues with the exhaust system, transmission, radiator, motor, and wiring in the tail lights shorted out, and I had to put in new breaklines oh and gets not forget the full pump . And the vehicle keeps stalling out while im driving, turns out that was the ignition. These repairs and problems, I had all happened in a 3 month time span after the purchase. In the 9 to 10 months I've had the vehicle I have kept up with vehicle maintenance. (this all happened from driving off the lot to 3 months afterward, I drove this vehicle to take my kids to school and to dr appointments, we dont go anywhere else)It's definitely a lemon and whoever does the vehicle inspections before placing them on the lot should have a second opinion made before putting a family with small children in such a horribly unreliable vehicle.
I'm sorry to make such a bad review. But it's been a really stressful and depressing not knowing if I'm getting my children to his neurologist, therapy or the kids to school. I've had to deal with my son almost being canceled as a paitent and I've had to deal with the truancy office from missed days. Because the vehicle has given so many problems. And I'm not financially able to just go and get a vehicle.
I'm really sad the most that I thought I was trading my vehicle that was extremely reliable but to small for 3 kids in booster seats, for a larger vehicle. I figured it priced out at almost $9,000 that it would have been a great vehicle for us. I ended up with a vehicle big enough, but missed appointments, school days, which my children ended up on the truancy list and I had to go to court for that. My son was dropped by his neurologist from missed appointments. I'm a single parent with zero help. So this was a blow to me and my children. The vehicle has been sitting for the past two months. I start it in the mornings to keep it from freezing up. But I can't put my children in it, not knowing if we'll breakdown again. Not everyone has money sitting to buy new vehicles or make repairs with high rates with mechanics. I have 1 single income to raise 4 children.

purchased a 2018 grand cherokee with 63,000 miles, got a check engine light 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and found out both cams needed replaced after a horrible knocking sound. the dealership claimed they replaced one of the cams and they did not even change the oil or fix both cams
