Came in for a second opinion an evaluation ,as this is my wife veterinarian, for my older dog Blaze . They had similar thoughts on prognosis but suggested a different medication regimen that helped very much . Very kind and concerned group of ladies . Very knowledgeable and got us in immediately.

I took a stray male young cat to be checked for anything that would keep,him from being fostered.It was easy to get an appointment and they sent me email reminders. I arrived a 1/2 hour late and they just took me to a room and the vet tech did what was necessary to get the cat ready to see the Dr. She was so gentle and the cat remained very calm. When the Dr. came in , she examined my stray thoroughly like he was a special breed or something. She even searched for a chip.she also started treatment for mites, fleas etc.
If I find someone to adopt or foster him, I will definitely recommend PONDVIEW. I AM TAKING MY MAXIE TO SEE THEM FOR HER ANNUAL VISIT.

The staff is kind. They also provided an option called Snout to help with paying on a balance. The staff was caring and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Koodos to the staff. Chloe got many treats and I took her DQ for a pup cup.

Passing through town as a truck driver and was having an issue with my dog. Called 2 places and was told they are booked weeks out, 1 put me on hold immediately and never came back. Would not even look at her. Called Pondview and they told me absolutely they would fit her in and to be there within the hour. Outstanding people and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable! Mentioned things about my dog that i had seen for a bit but didn't think it was of any importance. Most definitely was. Got in, examined, meds and on or way. All within an hour. Already can tell a change in her mood.

We had to take our dog to an emergency vet in Toledo (almost an hour away and an all day trip because they were busy) had a hard time taking him back to get the stitches removed. Called Pondview they got us in the next day. Was there for like 10-15 mins total (my dog was a bit of a big baby.) and they didn’t charge us for the removal. These guys are always the best. They’ve been our vet for years and plenty more to come.

They got my dog in the same day for an ear infection. Were very kind and calm with my very anxious, scared dog. The doctor answered all questions. Have taken all my dogs here and am always happy with service provided.
