I have been a customer of theirs for around 15 years. They are always easy to deal with when I call, and very prompt with delivering propane. Very professional, courteous, and timely. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Started out great. After speaking with the "guy in charge" I filled my tanks and will never call them again. They weren't cheaper but when ypu ask about price match or anything to make up the double digit difference, the "guy in charge" goes off on you about being the little guy and the big companies are killing him and his business.

My parents started with Kinsman's when Mert & Judy first started the business. Customers from the beginning. When I moved back to the area, there was only one logical choice for service.

Very friendly office workers and drivers. For the past 5 years, every time I call to have my propane filled they are there the same day. Would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of kinsmens for 11 years, i was injured at work in 2013, had to have 3 surgery's.Now im on Dissability, 700 monthly and single....i got behind on the rent for the tank...i don't even have 25.00 left out of my check after paying bills including mortage..i tried to work with them.Without a notice of any kind they came and removed their tank...just when its starting to get cold...DHS..whom is helping,called Kinsmens today to pay for everything to get me some heat....They flat out said no!! They will not service my home.... I see a lawsuit in the near future. ...

I have used Kinsman Propane for about 8 years. Other than one lady who occasionally answers the phone customer service is always above and beyond. They always have speedy delivery. The delivery driver is always careful not to tear up the yard or driveway. I often recommend Kinsman Propane
