Rude right from the start acting like I don't know the mileage on my truck I owned for twenty years. Not sure why I ever hired them. "Please look over this truck and let us know what it needs to be safe", that was what we asked of them when we bought another truck. Lots of things were missed, no apologies, no acknowledgement. Thousands spent with not even a conversation about suspension, just brakes. Poor communication and zero follow-up when you have a concern. Not sure what we did to them, but they had our vehicle for a month last time. And then they dropped it off with no conversation at all. We call with concerns and no one shows up again nor calls. Tired of the repeat calls to get them to do what they say they are going to do. We have used this business for years and so does our whole family; we will be rethinking that decision soon. Called D&W 6/27 to replace heater core. Said part would be in 'next week' & they'd give me a call. Didn't call. I called them 7/5, they said bring vehicle Wednesday, they'd start it Thursday, 7/6..2 day job. Done Friday, right? Maybe Saturday? Today is Friday, 7/15. I'm still waiting. Excellent service?\nI THINK NOT!

The guys at D&W are honest and trustworthy. I took one of my cars there a few yrs ago and they found something that had been fixed wrong by the prior owner. Frank had his guys remove the cheap fix and they fixed it right. D & W does great work and they stand behind it.
