I am from Phoenix, Arizona, and I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler to replace a previously owned one, and I found it... in Archbold, Ohio! Process couldn't have been smoother, Chris Mewborn was prompt, polite, and very honest through the process. I felt the price was very fair, and the shipping wasn't as expensive as I thought it might be. Vehicle arrived in the same condition it was promised, and I now have a very happy daughter! Thanks H&K - would definitely work with you again!

I originally gave a 5 star review and still agree that Chris gave 5 star service and the process was easy for an out of state buyer. I am adjusting my review because of the vehicle. When the vehicle was delivered a little over 3 weeks ago it had a strong musty smell. After a strong rain storm my first week of having the truck I came out and found 1/4 inch of standing water in the front passenger floor. Truck was in the shop for 4 days replacing the sunroom drain tube. I get it back and the next rain storm the passenger floor is again wet (not standing water wet, but damp). Truck is now back in the shop trying to figure out what else could be causing a leak. I understand this is a used vehicle that I bought as-is, but it's been really frustrating spending that much money (and continuing to spend money for a mechanic) on a truck that has serious problems. I wish I never purchased this truck!

Was in the market for a used Ford Escape Hybrid and spotted one at H&K. Among the other dealerships across Ohio and Kentucky with similarly-priced Escape Hybrids, Justin on the sales team at H&K made all the difference. He was super responsive and had the car parked right out front when I made the three-hour drive to pick it up. All told, it took less than 90 minutes to test drive, get the paperwork done, and get out the door.

I had an awesome buying experience with Justin and Dustin. They were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable on the process. I plan to purchase future vehicles thru this dealership despite needing to drive 2 hours. The service receive was really top notch. Thanks again guys!

They are all amazing people any questions you might have they answer quickly & very knowledgeable they put the buyers interest to heart they bent over backwards for me awesome personalitys easy to talk to I gotta say ive bought from alot of dealership & they hands down made it to the top I wish I could give them more stars 10/10 recommend to anyone. I bought a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation and couldn't be happier. Justin was the salesman that sold me the truck. I live about 3.5 hours away and Justin answered all my questions about the truck and sent extra pics that I requested. He was not a pushy salesman at all and made the process very easy. He set us all up with financing before we got to the dealership and were in and out in about an hour. Jacob was the finance guy that helped us out also. He helped us get a great rate for the truck and was a pleasure to work with. If you live far away from this dealership it is worth the drive to buy a vehicle from them.

This a small family owned dealer and you really feel that genuine non-corporate engagement here. Don’t let the small town sway you away. Inventory is all available online and integrated into most of the large third-party vehicle search sites. From the sales staff to finalizing financing, we felt comfortable and cared about during our vehicle purchase process. Pricing was completely fair, below market average, and hassle free. Nothing was pushed on us and communication was open and honest. H&K is a 45 minute drive from us and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again, despite the distance. They will be my first call in the future.

I recently purchased a vehicle from H&K Chevrolet of Archbold. Living in California, I did not have the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and I had to rely only on the photos and the description from the dealer. I worked with Justin through the process and he was very professional. He described the vehicle as being in great shape and upon being delivered, it was just as advertised. I am very pleased with the vehicle, this being the first time I purchased a vehicle out of state. I highly recommend H&K Chevrolet of Archbold.

Chris was amazing ! I have been looking for a newer SUV for a while . I was currently driving a 2016 on XL and wanted something newer . Everywhere I looked was either priced really high or high miles … I found this 2022 Yukon on cargurus and it was exactly what I wanted ! Truthfully the last 2 suvs I owned I wanted a white one and settled for black or gray , but not this time ! As soon as I saw it I sent them a message I believe it was a Sunday night … Monday Chris emailed me , by Tuesday I was sold he was AMAZING . Valued my trade in, answered all my questions , sent everything to my banker on Wednesday, Thursday I went to my bank and signed there and got my check and Friday I made the 6 hour round trip to pick up this beauty ! These guys are amazing ! Not pushy , super friendly honestly they were the best car dealership I have ever dealt with . And Archbold Ohio is the cutest small town I have ever seen !
