Our repairs were done in a timely manner and the car was returned cleaned which was GREAT! Easy drop off and pick up, will continue to go here for our repairs when needed. Friendly staff and clean office.

Had 2 cars go into this shop. 1 for an alignment. They failed to align 2 of my arms correctly and didn’t even let me know about it. They also left those arms loose which then made me realize the issue. Also had my car fixed after hitting a deer and it has been returned to me 4 times now and still finding issues that they were either lazy on or just didn’t care. Worst shop I’ve ever used by far!Services: Painting

Two years ago had them replace the “Timing chain” in my 2015 KiA Rio hatchback, after few days had to take it right back… they had to repair the timing chain again! Now driving down the road the timing chain messed up again! They have young kids doing mechanical work. Do not use the people! I’ve had other issues with the body work they do, paint sprayed on my passenger window, electrical not hooked up in rear end causing me to be pulled over by Wauseon Ohio police! NOPE!
