They had my truck for over a month to replace an oil pump. When I got it back, the front end alignment was way off. If I let go of the steering wheel it wants to go off the road right away. This isn't the first time that have had a vehicle of mine for months on end just to get it back with more problems that it started out with.

We are thrilled.with job done by the body shop on our vehicle. You cannot tell that our car had ever been rear-ended. Bobby was great to deal with which was refreshing after getting the run around from the insurance company.

Troutwines has a great reputation and I recently used them to service my vehicle. They did not disappoint! I had a few service alerts on a used vehicle I recently purchased and had no idea what was wrong. They were able to fix all of it. This is what was most impressive about my experience. One of the issues was literally a wiring harness that was unclipped. It would have been really easy for them to say it was something else that is more expensive to fix. I wouldn't have known the difference! This confirmed for me I took it to the right place and that there excellent reputation is right on the mark!

I found a 25 year old Pontiac Grand Prix listed on the web by Troutwine Auto Sales. Photos looked good and mileage was very low. Did my research and decided to purchase the car after talking with Scott Troutwine via phone from 4 states away sight unseen except for the photos. The dealership took care of some issues they found with the car which had been sitting for many years. Scott stayed late so the transport driver could load the car after closing and was super helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing this classic gem. This was a very good experience. When the car arrived and rolled off the transport, it looked like it had just come from the showroom floor. Everyone I spoke with at Troutwine was friendly and very professional. Their 5 star rating is well deserved. Thanks!

Best place around!! Highly recommend. Honest, and helpful people. Didn't feel like they wanted to make a deal, they just wanted to find the best option for ME.
