I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, especially their service department! I bought a problematic vehicle from another dealer and after being blown off by the other dealer twice about the problems it had I decided to try another. Pete in service has treated me like a member of their family. He listened to my concerns when I showed up at his counter unannounced and frustrated. They were kind and accommodating through the whole process and even found some recalls the other dealership missed on top of the problems. I will be taking all of my vehicles back to them for service from now on!!

Picked up a company vehicle (ford transit), less than a 1000 miles. AC didn't work asked several techs and sales associates for help to get fixed, I was ignored for an hour. Absolutely the worst experience, I do not recommend these people for anything!!

Took several days to mount/balance oversized tires and put on a lift kit. Charged an astronomical amount and still had to take it elsewhere to have the tires balanced!

How is this store even in business? Tried calling wanting to buy a $94k car. No one from sales was ever available, sat on hold. So drove down to the dealership and it was a ghost town. Waiting 10 minutes and never saw anyone. Bought elsewhere in a showroom not stuck in 1975.

Buying my first car was overwhelming and very exciting! The staff at Dale James Ford made the process painless. This was the biggest purchase I've personally ever made and thankfully the sales staff was helpful, nonthreationing, and no pressure. The communication was clear and the purchasing process was simple. Scott personally helped me understand and set up my car loan. Before I left the lot, I had Ford Pass set up on my phone. I feel ready and confident in my new car! I'm glad I used this dealership! You hear rumors about car dealerships not genuine and trustworthy. That's not the case at Dale James Ford! I highly recommend this dealership!

I have dealt with Dale James Ford for over 40 years. I have recommended this car dealership to my family and friends. My husband and I have purchased both new and used cars and trucks over the years. The sales staff is kind, helpful, low pressure and honest. The service department is knowledgable, prompt, convenient and honest. Recently, my adult children and their spouses purchased used vehicles. Scott James was able to find exactly what they needed in a timely fashion. Our whole family appreciates that Dale James Ford is a local, family owned business. We like to support small business in America.

Not impressed at all with this dealership! Husband purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla with 90,000 miles and some rust. Was given one price but when I looked over the paper work, the sale price of the vehicle increased by $1,350. After much discussion and arguing with Scott the salesman, he agreed to the original price but then backed out on the deal because his dad (Dale) made that call. Kept ranting about what a great car this was and we will not find one for this price and low mileage. Well, we will take our chances! This car was not worth when all said and done $11,000! I wish I would have done my research on this dealership before "trying" to deal with them. Take my advise and shop elsewhere!!!

When operating a used vehicle dealership you depend on certain qualities and technician levels when you choose a auto repair facility. I have been using Dale James Ford's service department for awhile now they are the absolute best in the area with confident technicians and they do it right the first time. The quality of workmanship is above level at this dealership. Pete the Service Manager will always make things right and the Techs always have a great attitude and are willing to dive in and solve problems. I will continue to use DJ Ford for many years to come.

When called dealer ship they were very friendly I was transferred to service manager Pete was friendly and he got me in service the next day they were honest prompted and professional I recommend this dealership .

Sister brought her vehicle here as a "Recommendation" from a friend. I should have just told her to go to another Ford dealer. During their "The Works" Inspection they claimed they found the brakes to be at 2mm and used a scare tactic stating to her "That if you don't replace them you won't be able to stop!" She knew that the brakes were already done about a year ago from Firestone and only puts maybe 80 miles a month on her car, her employer is down the road from her home. So she paid for the oil change and left. She called me and I had her go to a local garage to get them checked out. Low and behold the brake pad linings were at 11/mm front and back, plenty of meat left over on the brake pads practically brand new, the "Technician" at the Ford dealer forgot to top off the washer fluid and coolant was a little low, which was part of the package she paid for. The Service department at Dale James lied to her and me! TERRIBLE! I've heard since I went to review Dale James that other people have had similar experiences with their shotty service department, and when she tried to call the service manager he just hung up on her! WOW. Great attitude from this little "Hometown Ford dealer!". NEVER again. Nor will I recommend Dale James Ford.

As of 11/29/2022, if you're looking at the used 2008 Silver F250 with the no rust from TX, just be warned it has a cracked up pipe and they fully expect you to overlook that and pay the above market value. They will try to tell you it's nothing at first and that you're wrong. Then after they have their mechanic confirm it, they will forget who you are and that you ever test drove it and then tell you good luck when they won't work/adjust the price accordingly after they originally said we can talk about how we want to work it out. We always try to give the benefit of the doubt and car sales people are just that, sales people, only out for #1. Can't say we've met a sales person yet that legit cared and was honest etc. But this place took the cake. Even if it was the last place to shop, I still wouldn't reccomend them.

Had my work truck in for oil change and rotation. Ended up taking it off the road for three days with "add on" work that I never approved or was called on. Service manager is an arrogant joke!
