We bought our class A motorhome this past spring. We needed some wheel/tire work on it. I called several places in the area and they either said no, were too busy, or never called back. I called ARMS and although they were very busy with county fair vehicles, school busses and trucks, she said they could squeeze us in. I took the motorhome in, they got me right in and I was on the road a short time later. They treated me like a long-time customer. Their work was too notch. They also do chassis/engine/suspension work and they have a contact with another nearby company if the rig needs work on slideouts, appliances, air conditioning, or other areas they don't handle. From now on they get our business! We highly recommend them for RV work!

Great people. Our RV broke down and we had it towed to them. We had to return home before even meeting them face to face. When we did pick it up they were friendly and professional. The RV has since then made it atleast 1000 miles so far with the only problem being being an empty gas tank. Died on us before then after ARMS Inc it ran through the mountains. I'll give them my money again.

The owner personally helped me out with a weld repair I needed on my trailer. Very personal. Very professional. His shop was full and his guys busy so he stepped out and did the repair. Where do you find that kind of service anymore!? I highly recommend stopping here for any truck repairs.

We broke down in our newly purchased RV during memorial day weekend and they took us in and we drove home to NC while they worked on it. The owner is a great guy and fair! We just picked up our RV and it runs fantastic now. We have zero complaints about their service or customer service, we're staying locally so that they can work on a few more things before we head out on the road. A huge thank you to everyone at ARMS for everything! We will be back to see you soon!

Not sure what the deal is with the owner/manager, but I walked in to ask if they have any fuel filters in stock for my reefer unit, he told me that they do not, never had and never will, also I should go elsewhere. Asked him where I can get one ( being local ), he suggested a couple of dealers within 100 mi radius, and then told me to leave...
