Andover is the best!! The manager, Scott, is such a great man! He helped me pick out wood for a project, made sure it was in perfect shape & offered advice. All the people there were so nice & friendly, helpful & you can tell they enjoy being there. It's nice shopping at a store where people are genuinely kind. I can't say enough good things about them! I wish I could give them ten stars! I hope you guys see this! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Andover gets FIVE stars. (Geneva ZERO) When the Geneva manager, Wayne, left us high & dry with a bad piece of wood he would not exchange, was argumentative, rude & sarcastic on the phone with me, said that it was my fault & "shouldn't have allowed my wife to pick up wood", the manager in Andover, Scott picked up the pieces. He exchanged the unusable wood- which didn't even come from his store!- to make sure that we were satisfied. Scott was kind, helpful & went WAY above & beyond what he was required to do by ownership to help us. If we ever have to use Valley Lumber again we will gladly drive an hour out of our way to go to Scott's store in Andover. Even though the Geneva store is 5 minutes away, we will never set foot in there again.
