“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! My wife hit a deer in our 2014 Lexus SUV which was the reason for the repair. Vehicle repair was completed on-time as promised and when I picked it up, not only did the repaired area look brand new, but the interior was 100% cleaner than when I dropped it off to the shop. “I wish I could give more stars!! Mellanie and the Scott's were great to deal with. The three of them made me feel like I was a part of the family. They treated my truck like it was one of their own. They communicated at every chance to make sure I was always aware of what was happening. In the end my truck was deemed a total loss by insurance after 2 months. If their work is anything like their personalities and communication then I have no doubt it would have looked better than new. Thank you three for everything and sorry we didn't get to see how the "badass" truck turned out. I will go to you all with anything I ever need and I will highly recommend you to everyone I can!!”
“Less is amazing Walmart gave me a faulty oil filter when performing what should have been a routine oil change and I took my Honda to them the next day, because my car started overheating and smoking. He was very kind about fitting me into the schedule and saved me from causing significant damage to my car. And the pricing is very reasonable for service and hospitality.”

I feel like he is honest and fair with price and service and i havr trust issues when it comes to car mechanics but i easily let down my guard due to my friend david kahles referal to go there. “I've been working on my own car's and trucks for 35 years and I know parts at AutoZone, O'Reilly and advanced auto are cheaply made and have a habit of needing replaced after you install them because of poor quality.
I particularly like Smyth automotive because they have quality parts, lifetime warranty and are much more reasonable.
Very knowledgeable also unlike AutoZone and the others that have 18 year old kids working pulling parts and me trying to explain to them what I need only to walk away shaking my head in wonder.”
