Nice place to stop and eat. Had to correct this young lady working at Burger King with tattoos on her fingers. Seems she failed Customer Service 101.

Nice outdoor seating for our lunch break along an eight hour journey. Indoor seating also available.

Like many (and probably all) Ohio Turnpike travel plazas, this one is clean, maintained, safe, well-lit, lots of parking and plenty of food and snacks of you need them. Gas prices are usually reasonable compared to area prices.

Everything was clean and there are a vatiery of food options available. Lots of parking and fuel is available. I'm not really a fan of Travel Plazas and I use then as I would a regular rest stop. Easy in / easy out.

Great stop. It has an RV dump station which was free to use. Plenty of restroom stalls. Regular food choices. Nice facility.

When your traveling through multiple states it can very difficult to find a nice place to stop. This service plaza is one of the cleanest, welcoming public stops I've ever been to. There were plenty of places to eat and endless amounts of snacks and drinks. The bathrooms were very clean and every stall was fully stocked.

I've driven the Ohio Turnpike between Cleveland and Ann Arbor countless times over the years and have found it a smooth, pleasant drive. Not only is the road smooth and well-maintained, for the most part, but there are full-service rest areas spaced out at regular intervals. Like most of the other plazas along the turnpike, the Vermillion Valley eastbound plaza here in Lorain Country has a distinctive central rotunda and food court. The options are mostly fast food - think BK, Popeye's, Starbucks, Auntie Anne's, and Panera - but at least there are several to choose from. You can't say that at certain other plazas along the same road that have fewer choices - and worse ones at that. It wouldn't be a rest area without bathrooms, and the ones here are spotless and constantly maintained. There's also travel information, a dedicated truckers' lounge, and, of course, vending and self-serve lottery machines. It's all a dependable, even inviting rest stop.

This and all the Ohio Travel Plazas are very nice and clean. The "RV" camping spots are all short back in. So all trailers and fifth wheels must unhook or you can't fit.
