Christy was great. She was handling up to 4 customers at once being the only rep in the store. She was very informative and knowledgeable about everything.

Compared to the vermilion store, this was the best Verizon experience I've had. Google Pixel was having some issues and they only needed to swap my SIM card. Other stores wouldn't even touch my phone. The manager knows what he's doing and was a great help.

The Amherst Oak Point Verizon office is ran extremely well. Tommy is an amazing manager and truly went above and beyond to take care of us and set all our devices up for success. Thank you for the best Verizon visit ever!
