One I’d like to say by now.. they should understand how to make drinks at a reasonable amount of time. Two by now they should know how to make drinks, three… stop hiring pretty people that have rocks rolling around in their head…I said extremely light ice… picture will be attached… does that look light?? Then look at how everything is separate… this is an Iced Shaken Hazelnut Oatmilk Espresso… this should be all combined… especially just made.This place is chronically behind so much so it’s never been under 5 mins getting my coffee… I put my car in park… every time I’m here because waiting with my foot on the brakes that long it begins to cramp… think about this even if I’m the only person in line no one in front they still take that long…

I’ve gone to the Starbucks three times now and it’s either an incredibly long wait, they’re out of Multiple items, And the staff is just frustrated. This is the only Starbucks I ever have issue with. Beyond frustrating Drive across the street to target and get their Starbucks You won’t run into any of the issues from this location

I usually love this Starbucks because there is one employee there who is absolutely lovely. But unfortunately today I got someone else who was SO rude it was insane. She looked like a manager with glasses, not sure. She literally looked bothered by my existence lmfao

Hours say that they close at 8p, but i got there at 730p, and the nerve to say they're closed! Change your hours, so ppl won't waste their time with you!

I mobile ordered before I left Vermilion. Takes me about 10 minutes to get there. Stood in the lobby for an additional 5 minutes waiting on my sandwich. I was the only person in the lobby. I watched 6 different foods items go in the warmer before mine. I understand that there is a drive-through also but seeing as I was the only person inside, I feel like my order should be put in before the drive-through cars that aren’t even at the window yet.

I have only ever ordered on the app for this store. Every time the order is perfect, fresh, and my sandwich is hot. The employees always tell me to have a good day as I run in to grab my order. The employees always appear in a good mood and are very nice. Would recommend using the app if you need super quick service.

I was so excited for this to open, but have been consistently disappointed. The wait times are quite long, they couldn't keep up with the mobile orders, so they stopped offering it. Accuracy of orders has also been an issue, but they did offer a drink replacement without any issues. I hope they get the kinks worked out soon!

No one was waiting inside. So I went in waited about 15 min for a small coffee and an egg white. All along my egg whites were just sitting on the back counter they didn't bring them up to the front. I would have been better ordering from the full line in the drive through. I will not go back.

Been to Starbucks all over the country and this was by far the worst experience of all. Staff didn't understand the difference between hot and iced and can't read their own instructions. Not only that, but the wrong order took more than 30 minutes to make. They apparently opened before training took place. Try the one on 58, much better.
