This dealer has terrible customer service and customer loyalty. Purchased a 82k dollar car ( before tax ) from sliman. they will hunt you and cater to you and once you sign the papers the salesman and management team all of a sudden act like you dont exist. Here are some of my experiences with this dealership, from the beginning. Purchased a 21 hellcat a few weeks later realized one of the hinges on my hood had a bolt missing and the other hinge had a loose bolt. Took it in to service for the issue and the customer service had the nerve to charge me for the missing bolt on a brand new car!!! Then when i mention to the lady the car is new she acts ditsy and checks with management and says oh its ok they will cover the cost like they are doing me a favor. Not to mention they had me leave the dealer driving the car with a un secure hood till the new bolts arrive. Next i had my car stolen and took it to slimans to get checked and repaired this dealer took literally 6 months!!!! To repair the car my own insurence company lost patience with them as long as they were taking to fix it then i reach out to my sales rep over n over to ask for a quote on selling the car back to them once i picked it up and he dont even bother to call me on the phone or come out to meet me in the service area and talk to me about a price just sends me a text. And low balls the heck out of me. Then i decide not to sell the car and i kept it for another 6 months and said i will sell it and get something else so i reach back out to slimans because they emailed me about buying the car and i get the same exact treatment no good communication same Sales Rep that sold me. The car doesn’t even get back to me with a quote. Doesn’t even check after I asked twice for what the quote would be. The sales rep name is gene mcCoy just a regular money hungry sales rep trying to sell any and everything to get a check. I do not recommend this dealership what so ever. Its just a small town dealer trying to get over anyway they can to make a buck. No customer loyalty no customer service. Matter of fact i got 5k more for my car at a dealer that dont even sell dodge. Ford out of all places paid more for the car then the dealer it came from. And nothing was wrong with the car. It was a 2021 dodge challenger hellcat with only 4,200 miles on it and still under complete manufacture bumper to bumper warranty!! And i am writing this review on 09/10/2025 The day i sold this car. That way if you are reading this you can see how recent this review is. Stay away from these kind of dealerships this one is definitely profit over people. And definitely stay away from Gene McCoy. And i saved all my texts, emails and paper work between gene mccoy the dealer ship the service department and my insurence adjuster incase they try to dispute my review. Scroll down and read the other bad reviews and you will see this rep gene mentioned in a few of them. People need to know not to come anywhere near this place.

Parts Department is very knowledgeable and accurate. They are very prompt with parts deliveries and drivers are very respectful. If you need OE Chrysler parts this is the place.

I’ve purchased many cars over the last 5 years from Slimans. Kris Koepp in sales has always taken Great care of me and is very thorough with every vehicle transaction. Highly recommend!

I’m just here to share my recent experience with Christie. She has been my silver lighting dealing with this dealership. An issue I keep having with vehicle, she has demonstrated everything to show me and make me feel like Sliman’s care. She needs a promotion or be a staff development director on how to make customers feel valued

We have purchased several vehicles from Slimans. Kris Koepp is our sales representative, he is very knowledgeable and professional. The service department is always responsive and thorough. We will continue to do business with Slimans.

Highly recommend, the service dept. Mgr. Devon is very friendly and attentive. Sales staff is great.
I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them soon!

Just bought an amazing new Jeep Wrangler from Sliman’s. Nick Walter’s made sure our experience was great, he goes above and beyond to help. This is our second wrangler Nick helped us purchase. Look forward to doing business with him again .

I love this dealership! They are very pleasant to deal with. Everyone is so nice, friendly & professional. The best thing about Sliman’s to me is my service liaison/coordinator/advisor, Christine K. I wont make an appt. unless I know she will be there. Customer service is just very lacking & disappointing these days, but not her. She’s excellent at her job.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Sliman's and it has been a pleasurable experience with each one. Our sales representative Kris Koep has been fantastic to work with. Their service department also provides excellent work. The dealership has provided the best customer service of any automotive dealership that I have worked with.

I’ve had my car detailed a handful of times but nothing came close to how great it turned out this time!
Dustin took went the extra mile to assure that my seats were sparkling clean after other detailers elsewhere have told me they couldn’t get the stains out.
Dustin is awesome and went above and beyond and now I can breathe in my car again!
