After doing a search of several online car sale sites, I came across a used Nissan Frontier at Premier Toyota of Amherst that seemed to check most of the boxes I was looking for in my next vehicle. I started exchanging emails with Collin DiMario, who was kind enough to take some additional photos and two videos of the vehicle for me at my request, since as an out of state buyer I was unable to look at the vehicle in person. When I decided I wanted to buy the vehicle, Collin took a deposit over the phone and held the truck for me for a week until I could fly out to the dealership. When I arrived, he had the truck sitting at the side entrance for me to look over and take for a test drive. Premier Toyota sold me the truck at the price that was advertised online, without adding on services or features that I did not ask for, as some dealerships do these days. They even managed to get me a slightly lower finance rate than I had gotten on my own. If you're in the market for a new or used Toyota or other vehicle, I'd suggest visiting Premier Toyota and Sales Consultant Collin DiMario.

I brought my car, couple times there. Service is horrible. They all time try to charge extra stuffs, even I paid for those service my car still did not get fix! U are charging ekstra even u dont fix! it is horrible dont go dont fix stay far away guys!

I recently purchased a Toyota Premium, and I'm quite disappointed. While the car boasts impressive features on paper, the driving experience has been lackluster. The ride quality is rough, with an overly firm suspension that makes for an uncomfortable experience on uneven roads. Additionally, the infotainment system is frustratingly slow and often unresponsive, which detracts from the overall driving enjoyment. The build quality also feels subpar, with some interior materials appearing cheap and poorly fitted. Overall, the Toyota Premium did not live up to the high expectations I had, and I regret not opting for a different model.

I want to write a bad review for **Toyota Premium car dealership**. When I was buying the car, they told me that I would get a free alignment within the first two years and 25,000 miles. So, I went there. My car has only 10,000 miles and it hasn’t even been two years that I bought it. They said it needed an alignment, but they charged me $139 for it.
Then, I called them and spoke with their service manager. He admitted that they made a mistake and that I shouldn’t have been charged. He said he would refund me the money and send a check. I thanked him, and that was it, or so I thought.
Later, he called me back and started changing the story. He told me that it wasn’t exactly how he had said earlier. But before that, he had criticized the employee who told me I’d get the free alignment, saying that the person didn’t do their job properly and was no longer with the company. This manager kept blaming their former employee, saying they no longer work with him.
If their previous employee didn’t do his jobs properly, why should the customer be held responsible? Why do I have to pay for it?
Now, he wants me to call the guy who sold me the car myself to verify whether he actually promised me the free alignment. I told him that he should be the one to handle it, not me. Plus, they don’t even work with this person anymore.
This is such an unprofessional and unpleasant situation that I experienced with them. I will never go to this dealership again nor I will ever buy any cars there! Terrible customer service and support!!!

My parents have purchased several vehicles from Tariq over the course of about 8 years. Every time has been amazing, no games or back and forth, just straight forward. He helped me to set up my car and went over all the feature and options.

Tariq was outstanding. This is the fourth interaction we have had with him in purchasing cars and each one has been exceptional. He is honest and forthright. He is knowledgeable and is on top of things. We were pressed for time tjis last purchae and we were in an out, new car delivered within an hour. Outstanding for him and Premier Toyota. We will never go anywhere else to buy a car.

I will only ever drive the 4Runner on my third lease. And will only go to Premier Toyota. Great service. They pick up my car from work and service it and bring it back. This time the technician Sean sent a video of my car being serviced and showed me exactly what needed done including showing tests and depths and bad filters, etc. He also showed me what was still in good shape. Shane is amazing - excellent customer service every time and I hope he never leaves. Great experience every time. Thanks!

I usually hate going into a car dealership because I feel like salesman can be a little pushy, however I had a great experience at this dealership. I highly recommend stopping in if looking for a car. AJ was phenomenal and made buying a new car stress-free

I chose to purchase my leased Venza through Premier Toyota (not where I leased it) because of its proximity to my home and because I’ve had my car serviced there. Collin DiMario is the sales rep who assisted me with the purchase, and at all times he was helpful, respectful and welcoming. He made the process easy and efficient. I’m grateful to have a great dealership that’s easy to get to and to work with!!

Buying process went relatively smooth, but I wrongly assumed they’d issue me physical plates after paying them hundreds of dollars in documentation fees included in my purchase. Now I have to pay out of pocket for my plates and take a trip to the BMV
