“Had to drive across town to submit the paperwork for my son to get a rollator through insurance. The gentleman who orchestrates that process was very courteous and helpful. Would suggest that anyone with similar issues come to this store.”
“I use this Amherst location of Giant Eagle pharmacy due to the convenience of the drive-thru. They have great customer service and get you through the drive-thru fast. The only downfall, which is not the pharmacy's fault, is how the entrance was originally built for that location. It is somewhat of a tight squeeze especially if you drive a full size pickup truck. However, it is very doable to go through the drive-thru. Amazing staff and quick turnaround time. I highly recommend giving this Amherst location a try!”
“I was in the other day & the nicest lady Barb.J that was on her name tag helped me find what I needed for my posion ivy!! I never seem to see that kind of one on one service anymore nor someone care about a customer that way!! I hope Drugmart knows what a gem they have in her!!!”
