I would give them zero stars if possible. Its my moms bank and I have taken her there on multiple occasions for her to do her banking. Today 5/23 I took her there because she wanted to transfer funds for a money market account. Even though she has done her banking there for about 4 decades they required her to come in. Today I took her to the Amherst downtown location @ 2:45 PM. One teller , one other employee in an office and the lobby was empty. The teller said "no one can do that for you today and you will have to make an appointment sometime next week". My mom is 90 and its hard for her for her to get around so it was an effort on her part to make it to the bank. The teller then said "if you want to wait an hour maybe they can do it". 3 PM on a Friday with an empty lobby and no one can do a basic banking task ? The other really cool thing about the Amherst location is no one answers the phone. sometimes all day. The main bank should fire everyone at the Amherst location and start over or just do everyone a favor and close it. If you are too lazy to answer your business phone good luck doing any banking tasks at this location. Then there was the time I was getting a check ( for cash ) cashed for my mom and the teller 1st said she could not cash it unless I had an account there. My name was also on the check...... Seriously , no kidding. Try calling them sometime! (440) 984-2471

The manager Ryan will give you misinformation regarding accounts and promise for weeks that he will fix issues, but never actually do it. They seem very friendly when you are opening an account but once they have you, the customer service no longer exists.

Love going to this branch. I stopped going to the one on Tower a couple yrs ago. This one looks so much better inside and I just love the way the woodwork looks! All the tellers have always been so nice and very helpful especially Nicole! ???

i went to cash my check there which i have done for the past few months. my id was denied the first time and told me i needed to bring in another form and when i did i got denied again. refused to let me cash my check because i am a minor despite having my id, account number, and told me i needed to be with a parent. there was no reason to be denied and i was also ignored by her repeatedly. she did not answer my questions about why i was being denied and then just said bye and did not respond after.

The Amherst location is the Very Best. Patty and Brenda Rock. When it looked like My Dad may not live through the weekend They were Kind enough to bring paperwork for Him to sign Me onto His account, to Our Family Home. #Priceless

As horrible as the service is now a days Nicole has been taking my deposits for about a year and I just gotta give a shout out here. Always giving the same positive energy every single day I see her. Can’t get better than her service and how she operates the Huntington location. Always a great experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Very rude employees. Atm never works outside. Money went missing from my account twice without a trace. Nobody cares. If it's not in the computer it didn't happen. Trash.

This is by far the absolute worst Huntington branch I’ve ever had to deal with. People are so rude, always treat customers like they’re an inconvenience and they NEVER answer the phone when you call. I hate that this is the branch that’s closest to my house and avoid it as often as I can.
