“I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I have no way of knowing who was at fault for the breakage, but he made it right for me. Josh is a rock star!!”
“They have such a great selection especially the plumbing I find things there that u can't find at home Depot or Lowe's in fact I've found parts I needed that my plumbing supply houses didn't have any the atmosphere is super cool and they are knowledgeable even if you don't know the name of what you are looking for”
“9/4/2024 - Although out in the middle of nowhere compared to where I live, this Lowes seemed a lot more laid back and helpful compared to my local one. I'm glad it had the fan I wanted in stock as well as a nice small watering can. Might come back to it if it happens to have any other unique finds!”
“Have historically been more of a home Depot guy, but I have to admit, the last few times I went to Lowe's I was thoroughly impressed! It isnt just trying to be another version of HD anymore imo. They sort of have their own vibe, new inventory that I dont recall them having back in the day and lots of it. If you haven't been lately I suggest checking it out. I have spent more time there than at the competition whenever I do go. I guess its probably because they keep it interesting. Plus, for HVAC technicians like me & (I suppose) electricians, Lowe's is the new home of Klein tools! Whats not to love? Highly recommend!”

“Four star review is only four really bad location for trucks, it’s in the middle of the town and that’s why I’m giving four stars.
This update is just for drivers , there is a five or six docks on east side of the building where the entrance for the shipping receiving is. The easiest way to get to the building and shipping department is if you follow route 20 then go to the Taylor Road all the way to the end until you reach Winckles street than turn lef And the entrance is right there on your right hand side.I have delivered at 6 AM with no problem, but if you call in advance, they will tell you 7 o’clock the opening. Absolutely there is no overnight parking so don’t even try small streets and tight streets.. people were polite at receiving so that’s a big plus. Due to problems with the parking spots in the city there is Walmart supercenter 3 1/2 miles south but they do not allow overnight stays only if you need to stay there for a few hours waiting for another load that I think would be OK.”
