“Hi. I went to rural king on April 29th 24. I had trouble with a pool. I payed for warranty and they didn't have the same one. I wasn't happy that I had to pay the difference because they no longer have it. After taking apart and bringing up the whole pool so I can get it rectified by myself and daughter the 2 ladies in their helped me! These women worked there but off! These 2 girls had to take all of the heavy stuff out for the customers. I wish I knew there names because they was so kind and was very much over worked. I was there almost 2 hours while These 2 woman worked the whole store ! There was other employees but let me tell you these 2 was above and beyond! They need a vacation and better pay I'm sure! And they including me did what I'm sure a man is being paid for. Lifting very heavy stuff. With no man around to be seen! Except to shut the door after to my truck! I appreciate these 2 because if not I would have been very upset!”
“I would like to commend and thank Corey at the Customer Service desk at the Elyria store. I needed a Kobalt mower blade that was out of stock at the Elyria store. He was very resourceful in finding a store that presumably had one in stock, then persisted via telephone to make sure that it was truly on the shelf, and even gave us the name of the person who would hand it to us. Thanks very much. It was all true!”
“They have such a great selection especially the plumbing I find things there that u can't find at home Depot or Lowe's in fact I've found parts I needed that my plumbing supply houses didn't have any the atmosphere is super cool and they are knowledgeable even if you don't know the name of what you are looking for”
“Super friendly and helpful staff. They really know their stuff. It is a refreshing change from the big-box hardware stores that do not have the same level of knowledge and customer appreciation.They are in the process of reorganizing to make the store easier to navigate, and expanding to offer even more products like wood and drywall. Nothing beats a good hometown hardware store. This is about as close as you can get these days. Support the local franchise guys!”

“Went here just as they were opening. Needing insulated duck bibs and gloves. Even tho the isle was busy the employee went out of his way to help. I recommend this place to anyone. Great experience.”
