Walked in and immediately heard at at load volume hip hop music that was annoying. Not everyone likes that music, especially that loud. Workers were singing and didn't care about customer concerns. Very dissatisfied

The lock at the baged ice freezers were frozen so I had to go back inside to get a refund. I was given back less than I was charged. The Lady apologized & was Very, Very Friendly

The lady behind the register was not friendly! Older glasses, heavy. You can tell she is miserable to be working! She slammed my items in the bag and just had an attitude! It took everything in me not to say something because i had my 3 yr old niece with me! I live in Avon so I don't come here often! But lady get it together! Theres nothing I hate more than rude customer service! Sad! Checked out at 1140am, 3/20/21

This Dollar General is exponentially better the the one in Amherst on 58. There is always someone behind the register that is happy to help and it is easy to get what you need and get out really fast.Edit: This Dollar General is going downhill fast! It was really good when they first opened, but now it is cluttered and hard to maneuver around. They seem as though they must be very understaffed. I used to stop in because I knew it could be a very fast trip for just one or two items, now every time I go there is a long line at the cash register and no employee taking care of customers. Sometimes we wait so long a customer gets out of line to go find a cashier. Also their prices seem to be climbing very fast. Hopefully this store can get their act together, but if it doesn't happen soon it just won't be worth it for me to go here anymore.

I've been to this store several times. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean and organized. They even have a costumer restroom. I've never seen a Dollar General with that before.October 25th, 2020 update:After at least a month of their credit card reader being messed up, I've finally decided to update my review and stop going there. It's the only store, restaurant or anything kind of business that has an issue with my debit card. I've given them time to fix the issue but I'm done going there. If you have exact change then go there but don't waste your time otherwise.
