“Marquan Bason is a GREAT Salesman and gets things done quickly and always has the car buyer's back.
My car developed delamination around the front windshield which they refused to replace or fix. It should have been covered under the used car warranty but they say no and that I needed to purchase a separate "window glass warranty" at the time of purchase. Who knew???
I talked to the general manager and he was very personable on the phone but still refused to do anything about the windshield. I finally had to have Safelite replace the windshield at my expense.

“After doing a search of several online car sale sites, I came across a used Nissan Frontier at Premier Toyota of Amherst that seemed to check most of the boxes I was looking for in my next vehicle. I started exchanging emails with Collin DiMario, who was kind enough to take some additional photos and two videos of the vehicle for me at my request, since as an out of state buyer I was unable to look at the vehicle in person. When I decided I wanted to buy the vehicle, Collin took a deposit over the phone and held the truck for me for a week until I could fly out to the dealership. When I arrived, he had the truck sitting at the side entrance for me to look over and take for a test drive. Premier Toyota sold me the truck at the price that was advertised online, without adding on services or features that I did not ask for, as some dealerships do these days. They even managed to get me a slightly lower finance rate than I had gotten on my own. If you're in the market for a new or used Toyota or other vehicle, I'd suggest visiting Premier Toyota and Sales Consultant Collin DiMario.”

“This is the second time I've needed the services after a couple of "oopsies". I highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center! Frank, the greatest communicator in the world, walks you through the process from first encounter to repaired return. You are frequently updated regarding the status of the repairs, or snags in the timeline. Both repairs, they had a delay getting parts they needed, but I STILL received my vehicle before the original completion date. The repairs were perfect. My Jeep was returned washed, vacuumed, and shiny like new. Thank you everyone at ACC!!! Great job!”
“Friendly and honest mechanics here. I took my car in for a new strut, and was quoted somewhere else at over $700. They replaced it for me for hundreds less. Andrew talked me through the repairs and any other concern I had. The service was done quickly, and it was affordable as well. I had no issues at all! I will be getting all repairs done here from now on, and will recommend them first to anyone who is looking for auto repairs.”

“So I stopped in today for something simple...just needed air in all of my tires. After standing in the lobby ( I overhear the one worker say (to another customer) it was just him and the other guy working and they were really busy) now I feel horrible asking. I asked and (I believe his name is Brandon) was so nice and took care of me. He didn't even hesitate...this was so amazing! I go here for car related issues and they are always friendly, but this was above and beyond! Thank you a million!”

“Came in for a transmission fluid flush for my supra back in July. Was worried about how it would go, given what I heard about flushes on transmissions. Went smoothly for the most part outside of my tranmission was super slow to cool( Took 2 days to cool down). Luckily, they hooked me up with a loaner until the service could be completed. Very happy overall with service and the communication they had with me.”
