Brought my rough collie ( double coated dog) to the wash after a day out rolling in the tree pollen . After $20 of coins my dog was not wet down to the skin . Water pressure is very low and it’s NON potable water (yuck) I decided to rinse and dry so I spent another $20. $40 total and my dog skin never got wet and he wasn’t even close to being dry . I usually bathe him in my tub or go to EarthWise Pet for $15 ( includes towels ) when my back hurts and don’t want to bend over. My Groomer charges $50 for a bath , total groom and nails . ( For $10 bucks more I could have had full service and actually have a clean dog washed in potable water. If I would have waited to get wet down to the skin and dry completely it world have cost me way over $100.
Skip this place especially if you have a thick furry dog !

We have a dog and we tried everything with harnesses and collars but she was able to get out of them.We had a scare and almost lost her and went to Alpha Dog. Within minutes the gentleman that helped us measured her and suggested a collar. We have to say she hasnt gotten lose and we are more calm in keeping her close. Thank you!

Everything you need to give you pet a bath is right there in the large temperature controlled outdoor closed in booth. There are two booths and there are the same. The water temperature is perfect. You buy your tokens right there on the outside of the booth using cash, credit card or Apple/Samsung Pay. Each token is worth approximately one minute of time in on the automated machine. Put in as many tokens as you like to begin with and if you see the countdown timer getting close to a minute left, put in more as needed. You can choose between oatmeal or flea and tick shampoo, then press the button for conditioner or pet deodorizer. Afterwards, rinse. Then you can use the mini vacuum to suck off excess water before using the blow dryer. All these buttons are right there on the main panel. Leave a minute or so to rinse off the walls, tub and floor and to spray some tub disinfectant. I liked the whole experience, but I’m not so sure my dog did ? I wish I would have taken some photos so you could see the booth, token machine and main panel. Next time!

6 bucks to wash your dog. Not a bad deal. Also if your pet drops a deuce there is a waste station loaded with bags and a receptacle right there.
