Always friendly, great workers, helpful and courteous. Never had an issue. One time it was a long line with one person working and they stayed professional, friendly, and kept moving through people to try to knock the wait time down.

I went here to ship my Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons to New York, and they are amazing! Fast service, friendly staff, and a clean store! If you're looking to ship something through UPS, I'd recommend this store in Amelia.

I came in here last week to return 2 boxes and had a great experience. The woman was working faster than any other UPS worker I've seen and maintained friendly customer service throughout. I was able to return my boxes in under a couple minutes while she helped multiple customers in just the few minutes before me. I would recommend using this over other UPS stores.

Came in with a return box that was not taped and didn’t have the label attached. The clerk said no problem and that he could tape it and attach the label for me at no cost. The people here have also been efficient and very helpful in my many past return experiences. Excellent customer service!

Ethan was very rude he said he was blunt and to the point when I explained that tiktok box they provide the package for us . Hailey the manager said yeah that that's how he was instead of apologizing and saying he was wrong in treating someone like that and told me that he they already talked and they where busyamd didn't want to give me the number to the highest person in charge and said she already told him.

Have gone here twice and both times had a horrible experience. The shorter older man was impatient with me as I tried to get the info to ship the package as quickly as I could. Retrieving thr phone number from my customer he tapped his fingers on the desk and looked behind me. I get it, im holding up the line, im sorry!! I appologized and got no response. He wasn't very friendly or helpful. On top of that, both packages I had to ship (from seperate time frames, not the same day) that should've been only $40 or $70 at most, ended up being $300 cheapest! How can it cost $300 to ship a 2 pound box to the UK?! The thing itself costed less than $100 so it had no reason to be insured for any more. Needless to say, I took my package to USPS up the road and found the appropriate kindness and helfulness I was looking for, and the shipment for this 2 pound box to the UK was only $40 as I had predicted.
I will not be returning to this UPS store. Not with that kind of rediculous price and rude staff.

Pleasant new staff and excellent customer service
